Loved these, BUT the toe box was way too generous for my foot. Even cinching the laces, the toe box was "sloppy" on me. The length was right, the arch in the proper spot, and the heel hugged properly.

Delightfully soft, but did not quite fit my foot. Arch too high for my flat feet, and heel slipped. So sad!! As other reviews have said, they are more like a high-top sneaker.

My daughter loved these shoes--comfortable right out of the box! However, after a week of hiking in Acadia, the treads are scuffed and in two areas, wore off completely. Disappointed that the quality doesn't match the comfort.

These are boots in title only. They are extremely comfortable, more like trail runners. They are also quite lightweight and fit similarly to the sneakers which I love. Unfortunately, there is no side support, so the foot slides and rolls on uneven sufaces. Additionally, they came out of the box with a significant discoloration on one side. Disappointing!

I ordered these for support and stability. The sole is too thin to offer adequate support... I cannot understand how these qualify as hiking boots as the sole is the thickness of a cheap flimsy tennis shoe. The shoe can easily be bent in half.

I tried this shoe in two sizes since I am often in between, but the fit was odd regardless of size. The shoe itself is very stiff and the insole felt hard. I tried swapping in a padded insert and the shoe was still uncomfortable. Not something I want to hike in all day.
