The Ryka Summit Mid just arrived today and I'm wearing them as I write this review. They are cute, not diminutive, in my size, but the shoes/booties are attractive. They are indeed like a sneaker, which is what I expected and what I wanted. Nice cushioning underfoot. I may insert my own orthotic only because I am prone to plantar fasciitis, but this fashionable shoe/bootie from a company scores high on the 'easy fit' list for me, and their lineup is fresh and fashionable, contemporary without being copy cat. At the sale price, also reasonably priced. Looking forward to the 10 miles this weekend in this comfortable ankle boot. (Over the years, I have logged hundreds of other miles with this brand, where not every shoes is labeled a 'running shoe.')

Much lighter than expected. Extremely comfortable right out of the box. The wides fit my bunions without being too large in the heel. So happy to have found these.

These boots fit perfect and I could wear them all day right out of the box. I have had numerous foot surgeries and have orthotics for my shoes. I have not had to put mine in these boots. I love the light weight, I hardly know I have them on. I am hoping they come out with more colors as I would love another pair.

The shoes fit perfect and the first day I was able to wear them all day. My feet were still feeling good when I took the shoes off at night. The shoes are very light weight and have great support. After a number of foot surgeries I was surprised I could wear them so long without my orthotics in them. I am looking forward to hiking and going for long walks in them. It say they are waterproof but I have not had a chance to see if they really are. I definitely would buy another pair.

These are great and have become my daily go to.

I depend on Ryka to fit my extra wide feet due to bunions, and this style did not disappoint. Plus they are really cute! They even have room for socks so I can wear them in winter! Haven't worn them yet, saving for when my current pair wears out. But I can tell, by the rounded shape of the front of the sole, that this style will be wide enough. I like the extra ankle support - I wouldn't call myself a hiker, but some walking trails here in the desert Southwest have uneven terrain.

I. Love. These. I'm not a major hiker, but do hike occasionally. I needed something that feels like my Hoka sneakers, but with a wide base, better traction, and a little ankle support. These shoes are light as a feather! But have great footbed support. They are adorable and needed no breaking in whatsoever. Yes, you can feel the tree root or rocks or whatever, but I think that's a tradeoff with sole weight and flexibility. These are perfect.

Fit was good, I didn't realize that these are water repellent and I really need water proof.

I love these shoe/boots! They are sturdy but incredibly light. I bought them to wear in Ireland for two weeks. I think they will be perfect! Thank you, Zappos for making shoe shopping so efficient and fun.

Terrific boots! Amazingly comfortable right out of the box, toe box is accommodating to my old lumpy toes, perfect fit. They are lightweight, with great traction & good arch support. Nice style & pretty fawn color. My new favorite shoes! (my old favorite shoes are also Ryka's)
