Classic shoe -- no surprises - Although the phrase is a little ridiculous, slip on Vans really just "are what they are." They haven't changed in 25 years as far as I can tell (which is when I owned my first pair). They are convenient, look good with most anything, always in style. The major drawback for me is the lack of arch support, but I still wear them nearly every day, so it isn't THAT big of a drawback. I love them.

Classic Shoes!! I love to be in Vans. In the 80s there weren't as many different styles as today. I love my peace ones!! Thanks for making more than checkerboard.

Cool style, ok for flat feet. I have flat feet and these feel ok. They look cool with old jeans.

Vans Classic - These shoes are great. They look awesome and are comfortable.

The shoe that will go with any outfit - Vans are known for making comfortable shoes in hundreds of different designs and colors. With the large selection there's definitely something for everybody. These shoes are very comfortable. As soon as I put them on, they felt great on my feet. They made my feet look big (probably because Vans are wide at the toe), but they were comfortable nonetheless. I recommend them to anyone who has a good fashion sense and a desire for comfort.

Turquoise Vans - Fun looking shoes. Takes me back to junior high.

Stylish - This is a very attractive shoe. Kind of narrow for a wide foot like mine... Order a size bigger, otherwise very cute!!

Vans Slip-Ons....comfy as heck! Other than the fact that they don't feel like they have a lick of support, these are by far one of the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn right out of the box. They are stylish and go with a number of different looks if you have even half a clue about how to coordinate an outfit. I will definitely be buying more of these!!!!

Look out for tops of heels! Great looking shoe, overall good comfort with the exception that my son got blisters on the top of his heels while breaking the shoes in. He wouldn't give them up and now the shoes are broken in.

Give it time - These shoes definitely need time to be broken in, but it's worth it. For the first week or so my big toe was screaming. After that I was rewarded with a sweet pair of kicks I can slide on in an instant. These are a classic for a reason!

Some really nice shoes - I really like this shoe. I'm wearing it back to school. The particular design I got is really eye-catching and goes well with just about anything in my wardrobe. Oh and if your feet are wide, order about a half-size to a full-size larger. These are rather narrow.

Not exactly how I remembered them - This is a great shoe, very comfortable, though the back rubbed a blister into my heel at first. Could have prevented it if I wore socks, but alas...

Nice shoes tough to breakin - These shoes look good and are fairly comfortable. They are a little hard to break-in. Zappos service was outstanding. I got mine a half size larger.

An uncomfortable, easy on the eyes slip on - I gave this shoe a 4 instead of a 5 only because the shoe has a BIG lack of comfort on the inside. I realize shoes usually don't come with comfort mats inside, but I would strongly compare the inside of this shoe to a hard rock. With or without a comfort mat inside. Also this certain checkerboard slip-on put a bad shred of scars and blisters all over my feet that lasted over a month. I must warn you the shoe has a great old school look, but it has no comfort in it at all, whatsoever. Adrian B.R.

Sickness - These things are so great. I got these a few days ago because I don’t like sandals and I wanted a light shoe to walk around in. These are great without socks and good with them too. The look is great; the only thing is the size can be a little confusing since there are no laces. I never had slip ons before, and I ordered in my regular shoe size, which was a mistake. My slip-ons are a full size smaller than my half cabs and the slip-ons are still a bit loose without socks. Overall, this is a great shoe.

Perfect for the beach - Great shoes. Perfect for the beach. Although, not made for taking long walks in hot humid condition weather (summer in New York) other than that these are a must to have shoes with a super funky look. Thank you Zappos.

Quite the statement... These shoes are very comfortable, but the checkered pattern makes for quite a personal style statement.

Vans again! We love Vans, but it seems like their sizes are running one-half to a full size smaller/narrower these days. The material is more detailed than is visible in the picture...they are not solid black canvas, but a black-on-black stripe. Very nice!

Sizes run small - We ordered the size per your website that should have fit my son, but they are a little too small and snug in the toes.

Summer style - If you are looking for classic summer style there is nothing better than a fresh pair of Vans. The slip on is a comfortable pair of kicks.

Quality service - The shoe is just as advertised, BUT! I can't say enough good things about the team at Zappos! You all surpass any contact I've had with a customer sales/service team. Keep up the excellent work!

Looking Good, Vans Classic Slip-On - Same ol' Vans. Great looking, quite comfortable, and works with all type of clothing. I ordered the #700/Coffee and it’s a beauty. Zappos occasionally does this free overnight shipping, but I ordered mine on Friday past the time and I would have to wait over the weekend. My e-mail said it would come Tuesday; it was there when I came home from school on Monday. Zappos sticks to their word! Back to the shoes. They are really comfortable, depending on what one you buy, they are usually easy to match with and no real complaints. One slight problem is your sock shows if you wear shorts so it sort of looks odd if you stare at it and if you were those really low socks so you can't see the socks, the back of the slip-ons will scratch your heel. Still great shoes!

? They look sweet, although be careful because it's hard to keep the white ones clean. They're not uncomfortable, but I would pick something different if you walk a ton in/to your job.

Maybe Not for Wide Feet - I bought this particular pair for my boyfriend for our anniversary. They look great. He wears a lot of gray and they look very nice on him. However, he has wide feet and found the first pair I ordered in his regular size a bit too narrow. I ordered the next half size larger and that seemed to help a lot. I think that they are not the perfect fit for him though. I have a pair of Vans myself in a different pattern and they are one of my most comfortable pairs of shoes (hence my choice of gift). But, I have much narrower feet. In summary: If you have particularly wide feet, they might not be for you (I would at least recommend a half size larger than normal). But, if you have normal or narrow feet, they'll probably be great for you!
