These flats are gorgeous! However, the toe bed is too narrow and the length is too short for size 7. Love the decorative leather and workmanship, but the sizing is off. Besides, I can see there'd be no arch support. Disappointing.

Really pretty shoes but it ran short and was to wide. I wear a 12AA in Clarks and Asics but these were just too short. Again really pretty and I didn't want to try a different size as they wouldn't arrive in time for the event I'd like to wear them at. I'm sure they would have been very comfy if they had fit.

I liked the shoes but they gapped in the heels in both M and W widths. Loved the look and underfoot feel, but , unfortunately have to return them.

Really wanted to like these, and the were comfortable and cushy , but just did not care for the way for they looked on my feet, so back they go. Thank you Zappos for great service!

I normally take 11 1/2 narrow in SAS shoes. These were a bit too wide and a bit too short in the length. Although I really liked the red suede, overall these shoes were disappointing and felt "stiff". Returned them.

The ONLY problem I had with the shoe is that it gapes on the side. My first order was for an 11W. I returned it because I thought it was too wide because it gaped, but the medium did the same thing. Sadly, I have to return it.

the 9 wide fit fine, but the left shoe felt rubbed uncomfortably when I walked.

The way the shoe is designed the opening got the bone right below my big toe. It was too tight and painful. I had to return them.

I loved these shoes but they were way too wide. My feet walked out of them at every step...I could not even keep them on. They were supposed to be narrow, but no way.

The shoes are well made, but they are so clunky. I ordered for the color and its beautiful, but the shoe itself doesn't feel modern or trendy or even attrative.

I really love the style of this shoe. The lacey look is dressy and classy. Unfortunately, it was a bit snug in the toe box and I walked out of them. I was totally bummed as I received in time for NYE, but could not wear them. 6 ww. I am leery of trying the 5-1/2 ww as the toe box is snug.

These shoes were disappointing. They didn’t support the way SAS shoes usually do.

The shoe was wide in the heel and the heel would flop down when I walked. The arch support was slight. I would expect better from this price range. The construction quality appeared to be quite good.

Cut of upper did not work for my foot with bunion.

I have been a Zappos customer since the company started and only buy my shoes through them. This is the first time I have been upset…they shipped me a pair of shoes that were worn and dirty inside. There were even dog hairs and we don’t have a pet. I will continue to shop with Zappos, but I wanted the company to know about this incident. The shoes are really cute, so I am returning this pair and reordering. They run small so I will order a half size larger.

I have wanted a ballerina-style flat for the longest time and was so hoping SAS would come through for me. Alas, not to be! I wear a 10N in most shoes that fit my narrow feet. The 10N in this shoe was too short (my toes were crunched in the very tip) and my heel was slipping out of the back of the shoe. So, I ordered a 10.5 Slim. Still too short and my heel is still slipping out of the back of the shoe. For the right person with the right feet, these shoes would be the perfect black flat to wear with just about anything. Just not the right fit/shoe for my finicky feet!

Red was too vibrant. Not as pictured. Ran a bit wide in the heel.

Finally got these shoes after waiting about a week for shipping. (I really miss the great overnight shipping service before Amazon bought out Zappos) I am usually a 9.5 or 10 wide and after seeing the reviews, decided to get the 9.5 wide. First I'd like to say that I love these shoes, they are the perfect casual black flats and they have the best cushion of any flats I've ever tried. Unfortunately when I try to walk in them my feet come right out of the shoe. I don't feel like they are too terribly long, nor is the front of the shoe too wide, but I think the heel is not narrow enough to hold the shoe on to my foot. Still, I want these so bad I'm exchanging for a 9 wide just to see if it will make a difference. Hoping it works out and is not too short.

Not as wide as hoped

I bought these in smooth black leather. The style is very cute. Very similar to a ballet flat but with a much more padded and comfortable sole without looking chunky. I typically wear a 9.5N in most brands including SAS. These were at least a half a size too long and at least a medium in width. I don’t know if they were marked incorrectly but they seemed to be. I liked them enough to reorder them in a 9N and a 9S hoping one of them will fit. Good thing for excellent Zappos customer service. I will update my review after I try the new ones.
