I love SAS shoes. I am difficult to fit in a wide width. My right is more narrow. It's not really the shoes fault.

Nice shoes, but the left shoe was short for me in the length. Never had that happen before.

Loved the style and length was ok, but toe box was way too tight.

Beautifully made shoe. I have had a hard time finding ballet flats that would work with my slightly wide foot. I ordered my typical size (6.5 Width W). While I think the width was good, the back did not work at all as this shoe was probably a full size too big. Unfortunately I had to return them but might try a smaller size. Since the size did not work for me it's difficult to comment on comfort but just standing in them, they felt good so I am cautiously optimistic if I can get the size worked out I might finally have a pair of cute flats.

I am so disapointed that these shoes did not work out for me. I have purchased sas years ago and I loved them, but these were too short and the heel slips when I walk in them. Very disapointed. I have to return them.

I’m stuck in the middle. 10/12 is too small. 11 is too big. Pretty shoe.

I first tried the SAS in my usual size of 7.5 W. I have purchased other SAS shoes in this size and they worked fine. The 7.5 W was too tight across the toes so I tried the 7.5 WW and they fit better. Still not as comfortable as other SAS shoes but they're acceptable.

Nice basic leather flat. I normally wear an 8W or 7.5WW. I ordered these in the 8W, but they were too long. I could fit my whole index finder in the shoe behind my heel, so I just ordered them in 7.5WW. We'll see how that works.

As usual for SAS, these are such nice high quality leather with excellent craftmanship. I think they'd last me for years. Nice roomy toe box. BUT the heel is too wide so it slips as I walk in them.

I can’t figure out this shoe. It seems perfect for my needs, a bit dressier than my other comfort shoes. Something about the sizing doesn’t work for me. The heel is too wide and the toe box narrower than I need. I bought another pair a half size larger and put heels pads on them. Time will tell.

Good looking flat but the leather is a bit stiff. I hope they will soften up.

Classic shoe could be worn with casual or dressy. For me, the toe was tight and the heel slipped.

The width was fine, but the length was a bit long.

These shoes were very comfortable. I have high arches and wide feet. The shape and arch support are good. I am returning the shoes because my left foot slipped out of the shoe when I walked. My left foot is very slightly smaller than my right foot. this was the first time I bought a pair of dress flats that had not cross strap across the top of the shoe. The open topped shoe style does not fit well on my feet.

I ordered these shoes in my normal width (B), and my feet slip out of them when I walk. (I tried them in two different lengths and had the same problem.) Compared to most dress shoes, these feel quite substantial and seem to have good support, which I very much liked. I do think that they look like "grandma shoes," so I didn't love them, but I might have considered keeping them for the support if they had stayed on my feet.
