Due to shoes varying in true sizes, I try sizes 12 and 13. SAS does not make a size 13 and I have fit their 12's in WW in some other styles. Not with with style, the toe bed was not wide enough for my feet. Please SAS Love your shoes need 13 med.

I am 12N. My toes are a little bent. These are too tight in the toe box, unfortunately, as they are adorable.

Beautiful tone on tone fabric shoe with that extra jazz for a casual black shoe. Not comfortable in toe box. Cut too low for comfort.

I needed a pair of comfortable, attractive flats for working retail. Black was a basic choice - then I saw that SAS offers the Scenic in a colorway called "Black Lace." I don't know how SAS imprints the appearance of lace on black leather, but it elevates this simple ballerina flat to a shoe that is unique and charming. After trying this style in a US5M, I returned it to try a US 5W, because my feet each have small bunions, and the widest part of my foot felt just a touch too tight in the regular width. The result is perfect. I can walk about and stand in these all day. The padding and arch support are great - and the lace imprint really makes these little flats adorable. I believe in wearing natural (leather, fabric) shoes because they deal better with sweating than cheaper man-made materials. These shoes are more expensive than the many man-made flats one can buy, but they are well worth it.

Runs just a tad big but I put the non slip inserts for my heel and a little bit of tissue in the front. I love the fact I have enough toe room with my low arches.

I love this shoes! I have really wide feet and have trouble finding shoes that are stylish and comfortable. SAS scenic fit the bill and are fabulous! I now own two pair.

Great basic ballet flat that fit my 11N foot perfectly. It was a treat to get the Black Lace pattern in my unusual shoe size. Thanks SAS and Zappos.

I love these shoes! They fit my left foot perfectly. That said, my right foot is a size smaller, thus my heal slips. I plan on installing a heal pad in hopes to solve the issue.

Very cute! And comfortable too! I was hoping for slightly more arch support, but I like the shoes enough to keep anyway.

I have purchased & returned 10 different brands of black flats. This is the 1st one that I am keeping. I have both arthritis & bunions in both feet. I usually wear 8 W shoes. SAS Scenic was too narrow in 8W. I then ordered 8WW. This shoe fit the bunion area, but slipped in the heal. The last one I tried was a 7.5 WW. This shoe fits, but seemed a little snug around the bunion. I took out the insole & put in a thin Dr. Scholl's liner. Now the show fits a lot better. I plan on using a shoe stretcher for the bunion area. I have also just ordered another SAS Scenic 7.5 WW in a different color. ZAPPOS thank you so much for making ordering & returns so easy.

I have Cinderella-sized feet (barely a US 5), with a narrow heel and short toes. My toes are arranged “Egyptian-style” with the big toe being the tallest point of the foot “triangle”, as opposed to a “Roman” style foot (do an Internet search if this makes no sense to you. I think it’s critical to know when you evaluate whether the cap of a shoe will fit your foot). Alas, I also have a small bunion below the big toe of each foot (wore pointy-toed stilettos for decades). This makes the widest part of my foot an eighth of an inch wider than the “standard” measurement for a medium-width foot. From the above, you should realize it is challenging for me to find shoes that fit. Oh, and let me mention my post-retirement job is working retail part-time. So my shoes must also be comfortable and not look like I just had foot surgery. Whew. So it was with hope, trepidation, and cynicism I bought these flats. They were cute in the box. The lace patterning on the leather is beautiful. The inner soles are soft and padded. There was ample room in the tow box. My heel slipped a bit, but no more than my two pair of Clarks “Un” leather flats, which I find comfortable. I took the plunge yesterday and wore them for five grueling retail hours late in the day. They were fantastic. And adorable. Now, if you only like pointed-toed flats, or heels, these will not suit you. But if you want adorable, unique (because of the lace design somehow imprinted into the leather), comfortable (they feel so cushy) round-toes flats, splurge (they are not cheap) and get these. I may, if different color is still available after my bank account recovers, splash out for a second pair.

Super cute! But alas, so many years of wearing pointy-toed stilettos have left me with bunions large enough to make these shoes too tight at the ball of the foot ??. I’m exchanging these for a 5W and praying those will work. For other Zappos shoe aficionados’ reference when ordering, my feet are 8.56” (21.7cm) long and 3.5” (89cm) wide at the widest part of the ball of my foot.

These black flats are very comfortable with good arch support.

This is such a simple yet stylish shoe. I'm on my feet all day and love walking around in them. They're a little snug (size 9 medium); however, I've worn them for only one day so far but they're not uncomfortable or I'd have returned them. Bronze is a great neutral and a nice change from blacks and grays. Come fall, I plan to wear them a lot more to get "into" the season!

I like SAS shoes. I have been wearing SAS shoes many years and I am very happy. This shoes is great!...look stylish, low cut and dressy. The shoes are very comfortable....but keep slip off heel side. I recommend no fast walking or run.

These well-made flats in black are exactly what I was looking for: leather-lined (very important!) and padded insoles, more rounded toes, flexible soles that aren't paper thin but also aren't frumpy-thick, comfortable to walk around in but still stylish and versatile enough to wear with slacks or skirts and for a variety of occasions. I wear a 6B and the 6B fits very well, with space at the front and a secure but not too--tight fit at the heel.

Excellent but do not buy if you have issues with hammertoes.

Finally found shoes that fit me. Left foot is bigger after surgery. But these fit both t well. I may ave to isert an inner sole, but i can do that. In fact, i purchased 4 pair of this style.

These shoes were sooo comfortable. Alas my bunion interfered with a proper fit and I had to return them.

This really attractive, well-made & comfortable shoe saved me. Nothing I owned worked for an outfit I planned to wear to a wedding, & the 12N I ordered was too big. SAS & Zappos to the rescue! SAS makes the shoe in 11.5 AA & AAA. Not only did Zappos carry all the sizes, but they rushed both of these to me...and the AAA fit. If Zappos charged for shipping either direction, I could not have done this. At a time when decent customer service is so hard to find, I give 5 stars to both these companies.

These fit but will not stretch like leather would. They are not comfortable in the toe width

I would like to redact my earlier review. I do love these shoes and am going to buy some heel grippers ad see if they will make these shoes wearable. They are absolutely perfect in style and are so nicely made, I a determined to try and wear them. Please disregard the review I made earlier tonight.
