Shoe was very comfortable, however, it looked cheap. Says it's leather. Maybe the insole is but the outside faux snake material did not look like leather. Maybe patent leather and it looked like vinyl.

I love the look of these shoes and they run true to size. My only issue with them is that they have a somewhat shallow heel cup, and my foot slips out when I walk. This happens even with pads I put at the top of the heel cup, which I hoped would grip my heel a little and stop the slipping. I was desperate for a pair of casual shoes in my weird size 11.5, so I kept them. I wear them mostly for short trips that do not entail a lot of walking.

The shoes didn't fit, but I didn't want to mess with reordering, due to the high shipping costs, and restocking fee. This is very unusual in the world of online shopping, and I don't plan to order from SAS again because of this.

The outer shoe seems substantial; unfortunately, the inner sole tapers in the front, does not stay flat, but slides forward and bunches up around the front of the toes and causes terrible pain after walking a bit. I called the SAS company about this and was told an updated inner sole version would be sent to me. The "updated" version was exactly like the original. I've had to resort to other inner soles to accommodate wearing this shoe!!! (This SAS shoe was purchased at a store in Baltimore.)

I have purchased this shoe previously from a different store and they fit perfectly so I had no qualms ordering the same shoe from Zappos. I traveled for a wedding and when I put them on, they were extremely wide and long so my foot kept slipping in them. Since I was away from home, I could not change to a different shoe and had to wear them. Needless to say, I will not order this shoe from Zappos again. I have always been pleased with my orders in the past so maybe this was just a random issue.

As always, the SAS shoe Simplify is well made and comfortable. Unfortunately, when I went up a half of a size because my other shoes are now too short, my heel slips in and out of the shoe when walking. Will have to return. So disappointed as this shoe has been my stand by for years. I don't believe the shoe is too long, but that the heel is no longer made as narrow as it used to be. (I wear a slim)

I loved these shoes but as others have mentioned the heel slipped and was scratchy. My feet are flat and the arch support was minimal.

Well made shoe. Lots of synthetic lining which makes the shoe hot. Ordered 7W, and toe box was too narrow. Ordered 7WW and the whole shoe was way too wide.

These shoes looked pretty good especially for extreme comfort shoes. I really really really wanted to keep them but the heel kept slipping on both feet even though the heel doesn’t appear to be especially wide. That would tear the skin off my heels - not a good feature in a pair of shoes. So sorry that I have to send them back.

I had to return the SAS Simplify because it was too small. I normally wear a 12m. I ordered a 12w and they still didn't fit comfortably.

Unless you have very narrow feet, the medium width may not be wide enough for you. This shoe also seems to be about a size larger than marked.

I ordered my usual size and usual width of Medium. The heel of this shoe looks like a tiny "V", a narrow, narrow wedge shaped heel, very tight; so tight I could barely get my foot in the shoe. I took 3 steps and could feel the shoes rubbing and blisters forming on both sides of both ankles. Needless to say, I sent these back the next day and this experience makes me really wary to order again, although I have worn SAS shoes for more than 25 years.

While these looked cute, once I received them I was extremely disappointed. I realize that these are not support type shoes, but there is no cushioning in the foot bed. It's hard to believe that these are SAS shoes!

The fit was off by quite a bit, I probably would have had to go up a full size, IF I was interested in owning a pair of sparkly silver loafers! (and I'm not) They were not a subtle dove grey leather as advertised, but a two toned shiny silver color. Disappointed but will try again with a different brand for what I'm looking for.
