I have this exact shoe in black croc and it fits me perfectly. The SAS shoes are not consistent and this one is a little shorter, more narrow and it SQUEAKS no matter what nylon or foot liner I wear.

Because if slim heel, I will need a super slim in this particular shoe.

I really liked the fit, however there was something in the heel area that was very rough and cutting into the heel and support in ball of the foot was uncomfortable

True to size. Just learn to "widen up" your order, because SAS always runs narrow. Simplify style is the widest of the slip-on loafer styles. They also are good for ladies with shaky balance -- comfortable and somewhat stylish.

Bought these in black snake print and black croc (returning), but brown much more sophisticated for croc print. This croc leather is less flexible when new, and not identical in feel to other “Simplify” patterns. I wear an 8 med in all Merrell shoes and I’ve learned that my SAS shoes need to be an 8.5. True to SAS design, this shoe is too wide in the heel, but easiy to fix with heel inserts. The toe box is not nearly as round/wide to be comfy on my feet all day at work. Kept these in size 8.5 med. Didn’t need them, but too beautiful to part with.

These loafers looked wonderful in the pic but not as bright a red in reality. I was disappoited in how they felt on my feet. I won quite a few SAS sandals but did not like the style of these loafers. They made my feet look longer than a 7.5 - my usual size. I also want a little higher lift out of the sole. These are being returned.

Nice csual dress shoe

Red shoe was OK but returned, as the left shoe seemed wider in the heel than the right shoe; I have this same shoe in the blue denim color, same size (7.5 WW) and it is OK. I usually have been taking 8W in SAS shoes (mostly Oxford styles) and that size is good. This style seems to be narrower and shorter.

I have a narrow foot and a narrow heel. I ordered the SAS Simplify in AA narrow and it is too loose for me. I ordered the SAS Twin in AAA slim. It fits fine.

Needs more support for a SAS. Decent looking shoe for work

It's hard to tell from the photo, but this shoe is extremely narrow in the toe box area -- from the ball of your foot up through the toe end, even in regular width. The heel felt right, though, so going with a wider shoe would probably cause the heel portion to be too big, if your feet are widest across the ball of your foot.

I got these for my 88 year old, still active mother. (Way to go mom!) SAS is her favorite shoe and she has several in her closet and one just like this in black but in a narrow width. Now, however she has foot issues (hammertoes and bunions) an has had to get her current SASes (N) stretched at the cobblers, with only slight improvement in width and comfort. So, I thought we could try the wide to see how that worked out. Did I say she loves SAS shoes!! Yes, I know I did and I was so hoping I could find a way for her to have her favorite shoe brand and have more comfort for her foot issues (she absolutely won't wear more orthotic looking shoes-understandable mom!) Unfortunately, her heel majorly sliped out of the back with the wide width so we are going to try a medium next. Zappos, thank you for making it so easy to try shoes, return if necessary and try again! Love Zappos!!

Love the shoe, but I tried a 10 last time and it was tight on the toe, tried the 11 but my heel slips out as i have a narrow foot but the heel has too much room/give in it The shoes look very nice and are comfortable on the foot.

I have a very narrow foot and have much difficulty finding a shoe that fits. I ordered both the shoes in Narrow and Slim, but they were still too wide and gapped. I liked the styles of each, but am returning them because they do not fit my narrow feet.

My podiatrist sized me at an 8.5N. The shoes fit great one one foot, but the toe box was too small to accommodate a small bunion on the other foot. If I didn’t have the bunion, they would have been a perfect fit (no heel slipping at all!). I tried the 8.5M, they accommodated the bunion, but were too sloppy on my feet. Even if the shoes fit, I’m not sure that I would have kept them. They squeaked when I walked. I would imagine that could get very annoying.

SAS SIMPLIFY in the Brown Tetris color is a really good looking casual loafer and is wonderfully soft underfoot. I loved it, and am VERY disappointed to have to return them because they are way too narrow in the forefoot for me (I normally wear a medium width shoe). The heels of the loafer fit perfectly, so I can't order the shoe in a wide for more room in the forefoot because I'm sure my heels will be slip out of the back of a wide shoe. I'm really disappointed. They're so cute and comfy!

Needed to re-size.

I've wanted a pair of SAS shoes for a long time, but finding the right size has been challenging. They tend to run a half size smaller and very narrow. The footbed tho is super comfortable. Great cushioning and arch support. Very well made shoes with high quality materials and classic styling. I normally wear 9 wide, but I have to go to a 9.5 extra wide.

The instep hit on the arch of my right foot, which has no arch, therefore the shoe was too tight and cut into my foot. Sorry for me, the shoe is otherwise good for most people.
