Size was smaller and color was not true to picture.

I ordered size 8 XW, it came fast and shoe look ok, but it looks like a normal shoe. this is not an extra wide shoe. it is too narrow.

Like so many manufacturers, they don't do big and tall or wide very well. Me 13 wides were really 14 regulars with a different tag in them.

Like so many shoe companies, you order 13 wide and receive 14 regular marked 13 wide.

Even though says 4E not as wide as says and shoes are not returnable

This was marked as an extra wide, 4E width, But it was actually more narrow than The wide width shoe I tried on in the store

They look good, the problem is that is way to narrow,

Avoid these as they look painful and aren’t true to size or width.

The fit of the shoes were true to their size, however, that is the only positive thing I have to say about these shoes. I wear these 3-4 days per week for work and in less than 2 months the anti-slip texturing on the bottom or both shoes was peeling off. The “leather” scratches too easily and won’t shine up well. There is a gell pad in the heal of both insoles that was uncomfortable from the very start. I only bought these shoes because during Covid they were the only pair on all of Zappos.com that were in my size. I will not buy these again.

Not slip resistant. I was sliding all over the place. False advertisement

The “heel support” gel insert came out within days of wear. I’ve had them now for a couple of months, and I wish I hadn’t bought them. The insert itself is uncomfortable to stand on for long periods of time and feels unnatural plus not flat. It constantly feels like there’s something in my shoe and it drives me crazy. To make matters worse, the inserts aren’t well attached- as previously noted they both came out within weeks- but they also rotate inside the cutout in the soles. They’re shaped, so if they’re not facing the right way, it’s even more uncomfortable. And they slide aside ways from time to time as well. The inserts were the thing that sold me on this shoe and it’s been by far the worst part.
