The fit was perfect for 8.5 mens, medium width.

Ordered a 4E, extra wide. Shoe says XW right on the tongue, but it is very narrow. By reading other reviews, I suspected that this might happen, so I ordered a 10.5 instead of a 10, just to get a little more wide. I'm just trying them on for the first time, and hoping they get more comfortable assured acouple of days.

Unfortunately these ran a bit too small for me versus my other pair of dress shoes in this similar design. Look and build quality is nice, but I could not get my size 14 4E in these shoes in any which way, shape or form. I may try a bigger size next time but I've found recently that modern "14 4E" is not the same as "14 4E" 10 years ago when ordering.

Beautiful shoes in soft leather. Extra wide felt like a medium or wide at best.

Shoes looked nice but width was off

I recently ordered a few pairs of shoes from companies I've never tried before. A pair of sneakers from New Balance and these dress shoes from Nunn Bush. My primary reason for ordering was I needed a new pair of dress shoes and workout sneakers. I wear 14 4E (Quad E) and always have since I was ~16yrs of age. Recently, I have found 14 4E from some makers just aren't wide enough...some to the point I can't even get my foot into the shoe. My go to brand is Rebok. Every time I've ordered 14 4E from them, they fit every single time and comfortably but these Nunn Bush along with the New Balance were too narrow. The length was spot on the the width made them impossible to wear. I think I might have to start sizing up to a 5E and then downsizing to a 4E as needed. As for the shoe itself, it is very lightweight and while it is a decent dress shoe, there are much better looking ones out there but you won't find them for this fantastic price so if you're looking for a price effective pair of dress shoes, these will get it done at half the price.

size was fine; half of the left shoe's non slip sole ripped off within 2 months

Got these for my 4E width hubs. XW was indicated as 4E but alas, they are only 2E (extra wide). Look nice and well made but will have to return.

The website said it was equivalent to a 4E with but when compared to other shoes that are a 4E width it was much narrower.

Too narrow-cant get them on-need to return-how do i do that ?

My past shoe was the Nunn Bush Denali Plain Toe Oxford. I wanted to order another pair, but it wasn't available in my size. So I thought I'd try a slightly different style. This one was much narrower and was very tight. When I compared the soles, this style was nearly 1/2 inch narrower. So I'm having to return them.

Toe box too narrow.

I had to return the shoes because they were far too small. I've been a 9.5D for decades, in various brands of shoes - including Nunn Bush. But I could barely get these on. Guessing it was just an anomaly but now I'm wary of ordering online again.

shoe felt stiff

Wasn’t happy with the size be they run small I got 14EEEE AND THEY WERE SMALL

Not a true Wide width, did not fit my spouse so back they go to Zappos

They were very very narrow. Not true to width

The tread of the shoe is peeling away from the sole. Leather not holding color well either. I would not purchase again.

Fit was not as advertised. Felt narrow. Could barely get my right foot in and the left was uncomfortably tight.

Size and width did not feel true to size. Ordered a similar pair of Deer Stags and those fit perfectly.
