Sized down to a 6 from my usual 6.5 -- but the fit is now perfect. A great-looking bootie and very comfortable. I dropped a star because the leather by the back zipper is crumpled and has to be patted into place.

I order this in an 8 which I wear in all shoes except my athletic shoes. They ran large, I order a half size down and am hoping this is the correct size. The shoe itself is lovely and I'm hoping to find my size.

Shoes are comfortable but the pair that I received didn't even come in the original box. I am returning them.

Zappos sent me the wrong size and one shoe had a sticky stain on the front. Also, sent the shoe box in a soft envelope mailer so the box arrived damaged. I keep my boxes to keep my shoes dust free, so it was another disappointment with Zappos quality control.

I love these! I ordered my usual size 9.5, but probably should’ve ordered a 9 as they are somewhat big through the heel area. I’ll still wear them because they’re so pretty! Didn’t have time to return them because I ordered for a special event.

Perfect shoe for me. A little hard to get on with the small zipper opening (for me) but is an extremely comfortable and versatile shoe. It won’t disappoint if you’re looking for comfort.

So attractive and comfortable! My foot and ankle are on the slightly more narrow side and fit perfectly without sliding out of the front of the shoe. The dark gray goes with everything.

Super stylish and comfortable heel height. I love the oval shape of the heel! I ordered the navy color which is very deep and could be seen as black.

Perfect fit right out of the box. These shoes offer enough coverage for me to wear for business casual meetings and I can wear them without socks. I win.

Soft leather and comfortable shoe overall.

Love this shoe, and the color and style. I don't wear heels much but these work great because of the chunky heel. Very comfortable wearing all day at work (not a whole lot of walking).

The leather upper is so soft it molds to your foot. I wear a 7 in a running shoe and ordered a 6 in this. Fit is perfect and they don't slip in the back.

Very nice leather and very soft. The dark brown is beautiful and the style will work for most of the year. They are so comfortable and I wore them for 8 hrs the first time with no problem at all. They really are comfy and stylish and the heel is perfect. I don’t like a flat or super high heel so these are great.

I ordered these in black and brown. The footbed is so comfortable and the leather is very soft and supple. The heel is perfect for me and is comfortable for the whole day. They look great too!!

The shoes are very comfy and stylish but the color is more terra cotta than red.
