The 9.5 W were perfect length, just slightly snug. But being leather I think they will stretch. The 10 W Wes long in the toe but “OMG” comfortable and no noticeable heal slippage. Having had several SAS other styles, I again thought the leather would stretch.

I originally ordered a 10W. They were awesome feel but my toe was 1.5 inches from the front. I ordered the 9.5W and although they were a little bit snug the toe was exactly where it was supposed to be from the front. The shoe was overall very very comfortable.

First pair went for 1.5 years then new heel, still wearing them almost 4.5 years. Overall they have been worn daily at work 4.5 years. They have still not worn out. Buying a new pair because the 4.5 year old pair has now uglied out. I don’t regularly polish or really do much rather than wipe with a cloth, which is why they have uglied. Expensive to acquire but cheap to own. I will gladly pay for American made with this level of comfort and durability.

Shoes were comfortable from the start. The look is a little clunky and the insole makes the bottom of my feet feel hot but overall I like them.

Amazed at how comfy these shoes were. Originally thought they mocha be a bit too chunky in the sole but they actually walk very smoothly. Very good looking shoe.

I bought them so long ago I can't remember. They last and last and are still very comfortable the first time you put them on.

My husband, who is very picky with shoes, loves these. No break-in period. These shoes were comfortable at first wear. The sizing are similar to Born shoes because of the inner cushioning (1/2 size up from his normal 11). Great quality and worth every penny!

These were an incredible buy. At first, I had reservations on the price when compared to similar styles from say Johnston & Murphy or Rockport. I was able to try both of these brands at the local PX (I'm a DoD civilian employee living overseas) and both of the brands felt cheap, poorly made, overly tight to slide on and lacking in arch support. So, I splurged on these US made SAS Diplomats. They are incredibly comfortable, easy to slide in to, and seem really well made. It is only my 2nd day of wear, but I'm extremely satisfied with the purchase so far. Two thumbs up, and I can't recommend them enough. I would buy a half a size bigger if you decided to treat yourself to a pair! SAS - I look forward to buying another pair of Diplomats in a different color, which I am going to do right now!
