Very comfortable shoes but I was looking for shoes that were not too wide forme, but I would say this brand's narrow width is just as wide as many other brands' regular width. Size 12.5 also seems slightly large relative to other brands.

I think Zappos sent me the wrong size. I ordered a wide fit, but they delivered a width of D, which I think is a normal width.

The Narrow size is too big. There is significantly too much volume. Narrow shoes need to be narrow and need less volume.

This is a well made, attractive shoe, but it is heavy. I have high arches, and it doesn't have enough arch support for me, I did correct that with innersoles. It's a comfortable shoe for leisure wear, but I wouldn't recommend it for athletic wear (i.e. brisk walking or jogging). Kudos to SAS for having narrow widths in men's shoes.

I love SAS shoes, but I have authritus in my right foot toes and these shoes hurt my feet! i love the look, but I can't walk in them.

Unfortunately I will be sending these back. I ordered as usual my size, 10WW. Which I wear in the Journeys. Fits like a glove, but these were like I was trying to put on narrow size shoes. Of course I checked the size on the shoe and it reflects 10WW. Got it to go on the left snug, but the right says no no no. So I will be contacting customer service and returning these.
