NBH were shipped in a manila envelope in ONLY a small plastic bag. The post of the earrings were severely contorted, almost broken. While the earrings are Lovely, KS choice in POOR shipping has left me to decide to make delicate purchases in store only. This is my second shipping Disaster with Kate Spade.

The leather part fell off upon trying to take them off the card and huggie was hard to open as well. When contacted for a replacement, there were none. A 15% discount or send them back were the only options. Disappointing.

Post broke off less than two weeks after getting them.

Waaaaay bigger than we thought! About half the size of an ear!

Loved these earrings, but wore them twice, and one of them won't close. They weren't cheap, and I think they should at least last through the holidays.

I had to return them. The clasp would not hold and the earing fell out. Tried a couple of times and the it would not hold. These were a gift to my Wife and I felt bad I had to return them.

Too small, weak clasp

Lock is very bad, dropped many times from ears Even from touching, disappointed Will not recommend to anyone , it was final sale so I can't return them.

Poor quality.. don't buy!

Very pretty and unique earrings, however, the polka dot section of the earrings came apart from the earring itself (gold) after just a few days since it looks like they are just glued on them.

These are not adult earrings. Very cheap looking. Similar to quality you might find at Clairs. Great gift for an 8 year old. Bought on sale can't return....yes I realized that.

I wore them one time and one fell apart! They are so cute, but I'm very disappointed...

Clasp is not secure; hard to click tight - easily list Also coloring is not as seen in photos

One earring was broken upon arrival.

Although these earrings are pretty and gives a lot of sparkle the clasp is weak. I lost one of the earrings and am so bummed about it

The back flips down and won't clasp correctly. No way to fix it.

The clasps don't stay shut. I'm heartbroken

These are beautiful earrings but they won't stay clasped. The first day I wore them they fell out of my ear five times. What a disappointment

They are cute but hard to latch closed. Was worried I wouldn't latch them closed and they'd fall off. Wore them once. The second time I tried to put them on, the "diamond" detached from the top/hoop bc it was so hard to close the latch that it came off. Really cute, but wouldn't recommend bc I think it is to easy to break. Had to throw them away after only one wear.

It looks cheaper in real life. The better earrings are the Rise & Shine ones, which I also bought.

Did not receive order

Like the design but one earring was crooked. Can't even close or wear it.

Terrible construction! They do not stay on because the hinge is too loose and there's no way to keep them closed while wearing them. I lost one the first time wore them and the company refused to make it right.

Never received the right earrings.

I've worn the earrings twice and the rod on one of them has broken off.
