I ordered these in the red plaid and am disappointed with the quality. Looks like a sticker, not like a bead, and the coloring is off. It seems pinker than deep red. A rare disappointment from Kate Spade.

Super cute in the pics, but they feel and look so cheap in person that I almost tossed them.

Would not purchase again. I have amost lost them multiple times when taking my face mask off. The clasps aren't sturdy enough. Im afraid to lose them so i dont wear them.

Super cute small huggies but one of them doesn't stay closed and it falls off my ear when I wear them. Luckily caught it both times it fell and then eventually just took them off so I wouldn't lose them.

I only got to wear them one time and one of them do not hug and stay put anymore...looked beautiful on! So disappointing that I cannot wear them again

There is something wrong with one of the earrings . It cannot be opened completely that makes it difficult to put on.

I like this a lot but There is one problem, the rearing do not close correct , so you are always worried of loosing them, this is not good

I bought these during a surprise sale so they were "final sale." They look a bit cheap - like something you got from Claire's.

Usually Kate spade gold plated jewelry is pretty solid, but the coating on these started disintegrating within a month of ocasional use. They're now unwearable because they flake everywhere.

I think they are very pretty but the clasp doesn't stay closed. So I am afraid they will fall out.

I think the earrings are beautiful but the gold color is off. It is a very bold gold shade and looks cheap. Recommend but not in the gold.

These earrings are definitely not huggies. They should be described as small hoops. Very disappointed.

These were my absolute favorite earrings and then one of them just stopped snapping closed. I would love to say that I will replace them but I won't. They didn't hold up and last any time at all. Kate Spade used to be my go to for jewelry but the quality of these weren't there Im afraid. Truly disappointing.

I bought these about a month ago-I wear them but disappointed that they don't sparkle as much as I hoped they would.

I really like the design but i just worn it twice but it got broken already. I was verydisappointed and i do hope you will replace it.

Dull silver, not very sparkly.

These are not a bright light silver, but a dingy gray. very disappointed.

These look dirty. Like you just want to wipe them off. It's actually the design but it doesn't look good. The rose gold ones are a little better if you're deciding between the two. They reflect the light better.

I wanted to love these and was really excited to get them. Once I got them they had blemishes on them and the stones had been nicked or chipped all around the edges. Sadly will have to send back.
