I have purchased several pairs of Lee Jeans over the years and I recommended your products to my friends and co-workers as well. Unfortunately I just received my new jeans and I am highly dissappointed with the new materials. They are horrible. The materials are cheap, and not the wonderful cotton that was easy wearing and breathable. This new spandex, does not breathe. I really hope you re-consider your decision on making these jeans with cheap materials. I would be willing to pay more money to have a high quality product. If you continue to make these jeans in this fashion, you will have lost me as a long time customer.

I would concur with others who are asking for the old fabric back -- no stretch. I have purchased Lee Jeans for many years. Have tried the men's jeans just to get the 99% cotton feel, but alas, the fit isn't right. Will watch to see if you bring the old back, but if not, I'll have to look for another brand.

PLEASE BRING BACK previous fabric composition. I know the rising PRICE OF COTTON is the reason you changed but why not just raise the price of the jeans? If you read your customer reviews you will notice most of them are not positive for your new fabric. It is CHEAP and not flattering. I along with many of these reviewers have been lifelong customers but I will not be for much longer if your products continue to decline!

These used to be my favorite jeans. I hate the new fabric and fit. Very clingy feeling. So disappointed! Bring back the old! Like the old saying...don't fix it if it isn't broke!

I hate the new fabric or the fit. I have been buying Lees jeans for many, many year. They were the only brand I ever bought. Last year I bought 4 pair of you new jeans. I hate them. I wish I could return them. I don't like stretch, they cling. I don't like the feel. I don't agree that they make me look slimmer. Please bring back the old strudy denim with the high waist but keep the straight leg.

I too am very disappointed that you changed the fabric of these jeans. Please go back to the original. The new fabric is hot and uncomfortable. I was so pleased that I could go online and find my favorite jeans in the size and length I need. Now I am looking elsewhere. It seems the majority of people that are writing reviews don't like the new fabric, can I ask why it was changed?

I agree with those who are looking for the jeans they loved . Get rid of the stretch and bring back the original cotton denim.

I have worn these jeans for years and I do not like the new fabric or fit at all. The stretch fabric does not fit or feel right. PLEASE bring back more cotton. I am very disappointed and will have to look for different jeans. It is especially annoying that you call these jeans by the same name. I expected to get the same product. Don't mess with a good thing. Many of my friends have the same problem with these jeans. Please bring the old jeans back.

Last year this time I purchased a pair of Lee, 100% cotton, relaxed fit jeans in a 16L. Favorite jeans. Love them. I just purchased a pair of cotton & spandex relaxed fit jeans in a 16L. Not only did they change the fabric, but also the sizing. I will have to lose 10 pounds to comfortably wear the same size as I bought last year. Form fitting may be fine in a size 6 but a size 16. Come on guys. Don't understand why they need to change a good thing. Their denim slacks - which I purchased last week, are a better fit than the jeans in the same size.

I loved my old jeans, but was sooooo disappointed when I went to purchase a new pair and the material had changed. I wore the new pair on a humid day and thought that I would die. The jeans practically felt like they were sticking to my legs. I guess I will have to make my old jeans last a while longer.

I have been wearing these exact jeans for YEARS. I recently got my Size 10 (size I wear and currently have) and do you know that NOT ONE of them fit me? Not ONE! Apparently, the "new" size 10 has completely different measurements than the "old" size 10. I can get them up and on, but can just barely button them and you can forget about zipping them shut. My "old" size 10s fit great - button and zip, and room to breathe and move. If you want to change your sizing measurements, you really do need to inform your customers. I'm not happy, not happy at all. I've been ordering these online from various retailers for years and this is the first year they haven't fit or come close!

Please bring back my regular relaxed fit, straight leg jeans! Regular sized women don't want their behind and thighs accentuated by clinging fabric! If you have a warehouse filled with the old style, please let me know.........I'll buy several!

Please bring back normal cotton jeans. I've worn Lees for 35 years because the fit is great for average women like me. But I HATE the new fabric. They feel too snug when you put them on and by lunch time they are saggy and wrinkled and look like you've been sleeping in them for a week. I would pay $10-$15 more for good cotton denim if that's what it takes. But in the meantime, I'm spending my money elsewhere.

Must agree with "please go back to the original fabric". I've also bought Lee for years, because they were the only jeans made for real curves. No matter whether I wore size 6 or 12, no one else made jeans that fit my smaller waist. Waist bands stuck out 1-3 inches when the pants fit everywhere else. Lee Relaxed Fit jeans in real denim solved that problem for me. I'm back to size 10 and HATE the stretchy fabric that squeezes all over. I'm wearing size 10 slacks. I tried on 10, 12 & 14 Lees and they all squeeze everywhere. They suck! I made a pass through the men's clothing & guess what? Their Lees are still made from actual Denim! Too bad they aren't made for curves. Please, please, please make REAL jeans for real women again!!!!!!

I don't care for the "new" stretch denim fabric either. The old plain cotton version was 5 star excellent. Sorry, won't be buying Lee until the cotton comes back.

Hate the new material, please go back to the cotton. Will never buy another pair as long as they are made out of the new material.

Please return to the old fabric. I hate the fit and feel of this new stretchy fabric and won't by more Lee jeans so long as this is my only choice :(

i have always loved the relaxed fit lee jeans but i hate this new fabric i bought 2 pairs and gave them to the goodwill i will not buy them again

I have purchased these jeans for years, in stores or from your site. I hate that the fabric is no longer 98 or 99% cotton, with just a tad of spandex. Won't buy them any longer -- unless you go back to old fabric.

I purchased two more pair of these jeans recently. One pair had a broken button on arrival and had to be shipped back. Overall the quality of Lee Jeans products has declined greatly in the last few years. I am currently looking for a new brand. I want jeans actually made out of denim cotton fabric NOT SPANDEX. I have been a loyal customer for 30 years. I would not recommend their products anymore.

I just received 2 pair of relaxed fit Lee jeans for my birthday and I am really disappointed in the quality of these jeans. I hate the thin stretchy fabric. I will return both pair andl replace them with a different brand that contains more cotton and less spandex. Please Lee bring back the cotton fabric with only 1% spandex.

I'm a bit bumpy and this material is not flattering at all. Sticks and clings and feels too hot and funky. Please bring back our All American true blue original Cotton Jeans!

I, too, have been a Lee customer for many years. Quality issues for the past 5 year or so. Recently tried relaxed fit. Absolutely HATE polyester - rather have boot cut, but straight is better than tapered (NO Ice cream cone look, please) . Quality is very poor - have returned 6 of the last 10 pairs - sticky zippers, legs that are twisted , and size so different - why does the waist have a little room in most pairs but I can't even come close to buttoning in others? and they shrink in length!!! I'm going elsewhere......

I too am a long "lee" jean wearer and I hate the spandex you put in your jeans. It took a long time to find the right jeans that were like jean material and not spandex. Please Please change back. I miss wearing my Lee's. A very disappointed customer.

99% cotton, 1% spandex was great just enough give to be comfortable. in tall and with a tru straight leg big enough to go over cowboy boots. Bring'em back. PLEASE. These.. Too clingy for the first 1/2 hr then bags everywhere. VERY DISAPPOINTED. have been a very loyal Lee customer, but will go to St John Bay from Penney's. Listen to your customers. oh and those "guaranteed no gap waist" HAH. worst fit ever.
