Very poor description these are unlined except for the footbed they are shoes not slippers. Ridiculous I have to pay return shipping because of their lack of due diligence.

Very Disappointed with the poor quality of the glue used to secure the upper part of the shoe to the sole. The shoes were purchased in July 2022 and by September 2023 the lower had significant separation from the upper part of both shoes.

Was disappointed with the upper support. Am diabetic and have little feeling in feet and had trouble with turning ankle. Have always been delighted with LL Bean and was happy to try this product but didn't live up to my expectations.

The soles on both feet peeled off after 2 months! These are cheaply made out of the USA. I would expect better quality from LLBean.

With use, the soft slipper side collapses over the hard edge of the sole which one can feel with every step; it put nerves in my foot to sleep. I purchased this under four months ago and plan to return it.

More like shoes than slippers, reviews said they ran big so order the closest size down. Now I have a pair of loafers that are too tight.

My usual size with previous LL BEAN purchases was too short. Needed the wider shoe as well.

These were both too big and too small. They were too tight across the top of the foot to wear with socks, but without socks the extras length (since not available in half sizes) made them slide around. I've sent them for return and have not gotten any acknowledgement that they've been received.

They were not supposed to be lined ,and they had a lining on the bottom which I removed and just put an insole in. Wish I did not have to do this but description was incomplete

These slippers are 2-toned. Look closely at the picture online. Also, they run larger than the mountain slippers. L.L. Bean accepted the return at no charge and provided a full refund.

After 2-3 weeks the right heel started to detach from the sole.

hard edge uncomfortable, sent back for refund. i wish i had never wasted my time purchasing them. completely disappointed.

Plain and simple, the picture of this product is not what I received.

I'm a big LLBean fan but these shoes ARE NOT the quality I'd expect. They claim to be waterproof - very untrue. Additionally, the heal folds on both EVERYTIME I put them on. They need to be put on with intention, not slipped on for a quick trip out with the dog.

Slipper Sizing is totally way to large they do not run true to size at all width, length. Overall a very sloppy fit. Wear socks and the slippers eat them! The sock heel ends up under your arch!!!

This was the most uncomfortable slipper I ever wore, took them back to the store only to find a very small selection of other uncomfortable slippers .

These are too tight and narrow for me. I didn't save my receipt, otherwise I would return them.

You seem to think that one width will fit all. IT DOESN'T!. I moved up one size but still no fit. They look nice but are otherwise useless to me

Most all of my shoe orders are 10-Medium. I ordered based on your guidelines...also 10-Medium. These shoes come off the heel when walking. Have tried a couple of different inserts, even removing your inserts and trying others. Unhappy with FIT...though good looking shoes.

Stitching came apart on day one. Do not recommend. Bought these as a replacement for a different llbean slipper that also came apart. The quality of items has really gone down hill.

Not the usual fit and quality of the typical LLBean product. The fit was too big and the quality was not comfortable compared to other similar products purchased from LLBean.

Having worn these slippers for a couple of years, they began to squeak. I felt a reorder was in order. However, when the slippers came in the size that I was used to, they didn't fit this time. Be prepared to have them not fit if you change selections. It's quite disappointing.

Do NOT order the next size up, as web site recommends, if you normally wear a 1/2 size. I ordered the next size up, and though they fit for the front of my foot, they are too loose around the heel. So now I'm minus $6.50 return and the time to send them back. I you wear a 1/2 size, then I recommend you skip these. There's already a reviewer who said they tried 9s and they were too big and then tried the 8s, but they were too small, so I'm not going to take a chance.
