Just didn't seem to measure up to LL Bean style, comfort, and construction so I returned it and chose something else that did.

Beautiful, handsome shoes. Unfortunately required a half size which was not available. Returned. The 9 was too small. The 10 was too large.

After trying the new slippers I thought the sole was too aggressive for the slipper. It made me stumble.

Purchased in November 2021 and wore them every day indoors in the colder months. They were comfortable and fit well although the liner wore quickly which was expected. What was not expected was the legendary LL Bean slipper to have the sole on the left slippoer delaminate from the toe to the midsole after 13 months. I've glued them back together several times. I bought these to replace an inexpensive ($12.00) slipper purchased 10 years ago from a big box store, thinking the quality would be better and more versatile. I would have filed a return, but a few years ago I needed warranty service on an item purchased under the old warranty policy and was rudely informed the policy changed and they would only honor the 12 months of the new policy.

Extremely bad size recommendations based on existing shoe size. I wear size 13 New Balance, and your size recommendation was same size slipper moc. Returned that for a size 12 and that's too loose. I hesitate to return that for a smaller size (and another 2 week delay, so I am stuck with floppy shoes. If you are going to make recommendations, do better research!

Bought 'em for The Olde Marine. He tried 'em on & we quickly determined that they would not "do". THey just did not feel right on his feet & we didn't think they would be stable enough for him.

Strange sizing for this shoe. I am a 9 1/2, and always take a size 9 from LLBean. These shoes run large, and the size 9 was huge. Also disappointed in the fur lining. Only the foot bed is lined. The rest of the inside of the shoe is not.

Very good looking slippers, but didn't seem to stay on my foot well. Will return.

Nice fit but the problematical way their thick, "grabby" soles are engineered makes it easy to trip on the slightest imperfection in the lay of the land, be it tree roots, uneven floorboards or walkways, rough stone surfaces, etc. In other words, these are not for old folks who react to tripping by falling! I'm planning to try and return mine for a refund.

Shoe size is the primary concern since it only comes in full sizes. The larger size was too large and the smaller is tight. Good quality, but not worth the price. This is not typical of LL Bean.

First, I had the return the first order of size 12 shoe and slippers I have been wearing for over 50 years as they WAY TOO NARROW and short. The size 13 pair arrived which somewhat loosely fit, did provide walking stability, were comfortable but over time evolved to being too short and very uncomfortable at both front big toes. Overall, a very big disappointment. Should have listened more carefully to the previous reviewers-especially since my prior all leather double lined lasted 15 years.

I was initially attracted to the design and promised comfort of the shoe, but found that the fit was unacceptably tight. The leather shell of the shoe may have been sized properly, but the thick foam inner sole and, in particular, the ridiculously thick fake fur foot bed took almost a size away. The only way to wear the shoes is to replace all the trash inner structure with an insole from a reputable maker (e.g., Superfeet) at, of course, yet additional expense.

the slippers were not sized well. Have put in tongue pads and a heel pad on one and still not satisfactory.

Not as comfortable as one I purchased in the past. Right foot heel has the beginning of a blister because of the material stitched in that location. The sole of the slipper is more for a walking/hiking shoe rather than a slipper that in my opinion should be smoother rather than what it is because it makes the bottom of your foot "feel" every "bump" of the sole. My prior slipper that I thought I was buying again (but did not-at least did not receive) has the numbers, Item ID#169492, RN#71341, VN#05488, 141202. Men's Size 11Medium, Dark Brown in color, and it's loaded with that soft "furry" stuff. I had those slippers for years and I do want another pair. I thought I may get use of these slippers I received but they are not very comfortable-so far.

I was advised to order up from 1/2 size. On all other mocs I have purchased using that advice, I have been satisfied, however these are to big!

My wife said, if you were looking for a pair of old men's shoes you got them. And, since they didn't fit very well I returned them.
