Been wearing these LLB slippers for years, and even at the current price, they are a good value for durability and longevity.

A great slipper that conforms to the shape of your foot. And it's ok to wear them outside to get the mail too!

This is my third pair of these slippers over a number of years. They do wear out as I wear them every day. I buy a new pair to wear in the house and relegate the old pair to wearing around the workshop or garage. The only improvement might be making the flannel lining a little more robust. This is what typically goes first. Eventually the soles wear out, but I've definitely gotten my money's worth out of them by that time.

These slippers are incredible. Well made; with and attention to detail not found in many others. They're almost good enough to use outside. I've worn them at times instead of my Top Siders just to make a quick run to the store and they've held up very well.

I've been buying them for years and love them. (I just wish the flannel liner lasted as long as the leather and sole! They're indestructible.)

These are much nicer than I expected. So much so I bought a second standby pair expecting not to be able to replace the exact pair in the years it will take me to wear these out. I did order a half size larger and that worked for me as I have a high instep and have trouble with some slip-ons. I suffer type 2 diabetes peripheral neuropathy in my feet and hands and these slippers are very comfortable and just the right warmth for my discomfort. I was in the habit of switching slip-ons to run outside. I find that is not necessary with the soles of these slippers. And I think the look great also. Nicely done L.L. Bean

I ordered size 11 instead of my usual 10. I wear these to check the mail and visit friends in my bldg. I always wear gym socks indoors and slipping into these with the flannel lining make for a perfect fit.
