This is a great pair of slippers. My husband loves them.

This is the second pair purchased!! My husband almost wears them as shoes because they are so comfortable, warm and durable!!

First off, these slippers are classy, attractive. Secondly, the aroma therapy from the leather is mesmerizing. My husband received these as a Christmas gift from me, and his testimony says it all, "like walking on a cloud". I mistakenly ordered an 11, when I should have ordered a 10. I bought these as a Christmas gift. The sizing was good. My husband wears 10 1/2 and I got the size 11 and the fit was excellent. He liked the flannel lining which will be better for year round use. Good sole on the bottom for quick trip outside to observe the dog getting the morning paper!!

For YEARS, I've been suggesting that my husband wear slippers - any kind. He has always refused, saying they are not necessary, or they will be too hot or too confining. Against his wishes, I purchased a pair of these hand-sewn, flannel lined slippers for him for Christmas. They are not too hot or too confining. They must be necessary, as they have been worn everyday since Christmas! Ha! Thanks L.L.Bean for fitting the bill!

These slippers are just as described in the catalog. My husband was very happy with them as a gift. The package was delivered very quickly and in good shape. I just wish that L.L.Bean would not put a sticker on the side of the box listing the contents, especially at Christmas time. My husband was home to receive the package and knew what it was. He laughed, but I was very disappointed. The shipping boxes should be left plain, in case it is to be a gift for someone at the same address.

My husband received these for Christmas from me and has fallen head over heels for them. They fit a bit snug when he initially tried them on, but he did as the note said to in the box and wore them around and they immediately stretched out to a perfect fit. I was supposed to get a matching pair but LL Bean ran out of my size way early! Next year I suppose!

i essentially wear them 365 days a year. I replace them once per year also but they fit; they're comfortable, inside the house and great for short trips outside (mainly to get the newspaper @ the street in the morning).

The flannel lining will be exactly the warmth he needs in Dallas, and the soles are wonderfully made, exactly what he needs for being around the house. We love the value for the money, and I only wish I had bought 2 more pair...one for my husband and one for our son!

I have been purchasing these slippers for several years because they are well put-together, warm, comfortable, and versatile (I wear them outside too). These slippers account for about 75% of the time I am wearing any type of shoe. They are a little expensive for a slipper and wear out faster than I would like but it's probably because I use them for everything and walking on concrete is not what they are intended for. I try to keep a few extra pairs on hand all of the time.
