Great slipper for the money, comfortable with a durable sole.

A casual slipper these days are somewhat difficult to find. I was very pleased when I tried and wore these hand sewn slippers. I usually avoid this type because they almost always have a very warm lining which is a negative when you live in Florida. Very comfortable. Nicely lined. Excellent product. Will purchase a second pair just to keep in reserve.

As usual, LL Bean does it again!! The slippers fit perfectly and are of excellent quality. i have been buying from LL Bean for over 20 years and have never been dissatisfied with any purchase.I am difficult to fit (shoes, pants, shirts, etc.) , but I have never had a problem in the merchandise I have selected. If Herman Munster can be properly fit, then what about the "normal sized" man?.

This is my husbands third pair. His foot is somewhat wide, but these fit him great.

Have been buying a similar shoe for years, and althought I am very hard on them and are probably not meant for the type of wear I give them, I go through a pair a year easily.When I started buying them they were cheap and I always kept 3 or 4 pair in reserve.. Over the years the cost doubled to about were theses shoes are now. I decided to see what these were like. Wow not only way more durable, but so comfortable. I found my replacement.

I have been wearing these slippers for many years. They wear well but the flannel lining always wears out before the slippers do. We do not wear shoes in our house so I wear these slippers with socks for many hours a day.

These mocs have made my husband a very happy man! He wears them all the time because they are sooo comfortable. He thinks I'm terrific for buying them:) His only complaint: why didn't I buy them for him years ago?

I think the slippers are great. However I did not take your advice and order up from a 1/2 size. I ordered down. Initially they were a bit snug, but are beginning to be very comfortable. The length of the down size was perfect. On another note: I would like for you to make your classic loafers in a E width. I have a pair of D and EE(older pair) I have to use different socks depending on which pair I choose to wear. Thank you for your quality items.

My husband had a pair of these for about 5 years and wore them constantly. I noticed that they were looking quite worn so for fathers day I ordered him a new pair. They arrived a week before the big day and the very next day his old ones blew up. Needless to say he received his fathers day present early. He has Parkinsons and because of a shuffling gate has a hard time finding shoes that don't make his toes hurt. The soft flannel inside keeps his feet from sliding forward and bruising the end of his toes. The inside outside sole is great and they are nice enough looking that he can wear them out and about. I just ordered him another pair.

These are the most comfortable slippers I have owned. The workmanship is outstanding. Nice to have moccasin style that I can adjust for snugness.

This is the second pr my husband has had & he loves them.We purchased the first pr when we visited our USN son at Brunswick NAS - we went to the LLBean in Freemont.

This is the third pair I have ordered for my husband (after a glowing recommendation from our son). It fits well, is comfortable and great quality. When one pair starts to show wear, he prompts me to get another pair ordered. Quality and service are extraordinary. Well pleased!!!

Like everything else I ever bought from ll bean the quality and satisfaction I get from these slippers is fantastic. Not to hot for summer wear.

I ordered these for a gift for my father and he absolutely loves them. He had a pair previously that had worn through the sole at the heel area so I knew he needed a new pair. Not sure how long the original ones lasted but he is thrilled to have new ones to scuff around the house and out to his shed in. Thanks LL Bean for a great pair of slippers!

ordered size 12. came in on time but very large. returned and ordered size 11. fits fine.

After looking at this slipper in the catalog, when I visited the Flagship store and tried it on, I was exceptionally pleased with the quality and value. I've been very happy with the fit and comfort and use them almost daily.

These are terrific slippers: the leather is soft yet thick and durable, the crepe soles forgive a trip onto damp grass to retrieve the morning paper, and they're handsome enough that you won't be embarassed to be caught wearing them. I have quite a wide foot, but purchased one size up and they are a perfect fit. One improvement I would suggest: a removable washable liner. These slippers get pretty warm when you wear them a lot without socks, if you get my (stinky) drift. Nevertheless, I am ordering two more pairs for my sons.

My daughter bought me a pair of these about 8 years ago for Christmas. I wore them everyday and finally wore them out. It was a no brainer to replace them with the same slipper. Very comfortable and they last for year's and year's.

These slippers are great for for those who want to kick off the shoes and have great comfort. I found that I sometimes forget I have them on when leaving the house as they are sturdy enough to wear anywhere. I was a little concerned when they came in only even sizes and no half sizes. Normally I am a 10.5 but took the 11 to be safe and they fit perfectly. As usual you cannot beat LL Bean quality which definitely is there in these slippers. Best pair of slippers I have ever owned. Great Father's Day gift for those still searching.

Good looking and comfortable but would have preferred a half size bigger as these are a little snug. However, slippers do not come in 1/2 sizes.
