I just switched to these from the wicked good slippers, which I liked well enough to buy twice. This change of pace is really growing on me. These slippers are low cut, sturdy, have a great sole, and are flannel lined. I am really liking the lining, which is soft and warm, but does not get overly warm like fleece-lined slippers can. They are perfect for cold winter mornings! They are a bit stiff at first, but within a week, they fit like a glove. Easy to slide in and out, yet they stay on snugly. L L Bean does it again.

These are the most comfortable, best looking slippers that I have worn.

Very nice slippers. My husband has had these in the past and said he would wear them out as casual shoes too. He won't let go of his old ones even though he has had to add soles to them twice.

I live in these slippers. Have done so for years. As a person with disabilities, it's difficult to find shoes that are comfortable and do not exacerbate my physical problems. So these are not only my slippers but often used as my shoes. They wear really well and, when they finally give out after long wear, I get another pair. Please never discontinue these. I also really love that I don't have to change into shoes just to run out for the mail in the rain. The soles do not leak in moisture from the wet grass. No matter how good a product, an error can happen. So on one occasion only, a defective pair arrived. LL Bean replaced the pair cheerfully and made the exchange a very easy process for me. Customer service is not dead. It lives on in L.L. Bean.

This is a very nice shoe. It is well constructed. Ordered my regular shoe size (10). The shoes fit a little snug, but overall, quite comfortable. Well made.

I really like these slippers, they fit great. I like the flannel lining better than fur, you can wear these comfortably all year. The rubber soles mean you can easily wear them outside to get the mail. This is my second pair, the first pair lasted nearly ten years, I hope this pair does too.

These replace my well worn fleece lined version of the same slipper. They feel a bit warmer but it is not winter yet when they may turn out to be the same warmth as my fleece slippers. The old one stood up for many, many years.

My husband loves these slippers. The flannel lining saves him from sweaty feet and he says they are like "walking on air". After trying another brand, we came right back to LL Bean for the most comfortable slippers.

This is the second pair I have bought for my husband. He loves them, and they stand up to constant wear. We are pleased with the product.

The Mens Handsewn Flannel-lined slippers are great, the fit was true for me, they feel great and look great, and also have a water resistant sole for getting the morning paper. I had a similar pair of slippers from LL Bean that lasted for years, could be the same item # in that they are identical in every way except in color and flannel lining.

I acquired my first pair of these slippers probably 8-10 years ago and after all this time they finally wore out: the inside lining wore through and one sole had a hole in it. But these were long-lasting and comfortable slippers so instead of driving around locally to find something equivalent, I just re-ordered the same size and style from LL Bean. The one thing that originally concerned me was the decorative ties. Would they come loose all the time? Well, they do come loose but not all the way. They are double-knotted below the outer knot but the outer knot did come loose on my first pair a lot. The only thing that LL Bean could improve on these slippers is to eliminate the decorative tie.

This pair of slippers replaces the pair I bought 28 years ago. They are every bit as wonderful. I do not expect to live long enough to need another pair......alas! Thanks for the super quality of your merchandise!!

These slippers are absolutely the best. The last pair served my husband for 8 years and he wears them every day. So we just ordered a new pair and they fit perfectly and he loves them. LLBean we will be back in 8 years or so to buy another pair.

Very nice fit and long lasting. Can be used outdoors to get the paper, check the mail, etc as sole is very good material.

These slippers are fantastic! I work in a microbiology lab and I'm tempted to order a second pair to wear while at work. I'm a woman with long, narrow feet and a men's 8 fits me well. I like that the flannel lining is cushy and soft without being stiflingly warm. The hard sole makes these slippers great for running outside to get the mail or take out the trash. I live in Oregon and have no issues with moisture soaking through the sole of the slipper if I wear it outside during the rainy winters here. My toes got COLD in the winter until I had these. I like wearing them around the house in the fall and winter. In the summer, they're too warm for me so I switch to a pair of slides, but I can't wait until the weather is cool enough for me to take out these slippers again! As I mentioned, my feet are quite narrow for a woman, so if you're a man with normal-width feet, these slippers might feel rather snug.

I love these slippers. I take a woman's 9 shoe and the men's size 7 fit well. The leather is top grade and I believe that they are the most comfortable sold on the market today. At $39.99 on sale, these slippers are a bargin and I know that they will last for more than 8 yrs like the last ones. I used to wear my last pair out walking the dogs and I never got any holes or tears.

I had the ability to try these on in the retail store in Freeport and boy am I glad! I wear a 12 in every other shoe but the 12s in this model (and I assume any other Bean's slip on shoe) slipped on my heels and would've been unwearable had I ordered my regular size from the catalog. The size 11s fit a little snug but after wearing them a few days they are broken in and perfect. I suggest ordering one size smaller from what you normally wear.

My husband is not a slipper guy, but he loves the comfort of this pair, and the fact that they don't overheat his feet. I love the durability.

I think that the slippers went beyond my expectations in comfort. I liked the fact that the sole is made of a material that is very slip resistant. On wearing them, the feel is secure and comfortable. I would highly recommend these slippers.

This is our first experience with ordering from L L BEAN. The service was amazing. It brings me back several years when such efficiency was common place, but now has mostly disappeared. Too much emphasis on bottom line and too little on lost orders and lost business seems to be the order of the day. Your organization should be running a training school for both store and on line retail establishments. This is how customers should be handled, right from the efficient order taking clerk to the prompt delivery and follow up. Wow. And on top of all of that excellent pricing and top quality.
