My husband has back problems, as well as problems staying steady, due to that. He wears these slippers all the time. So much so, that he's worn them out since last Christmas. So I'm getting him another pair. I highly recommend them. There aren't many places you can find slippers for someone with size 14 feet.

My husband loves his LLBean moccasin slippers. We've had deer hide, moose hide.....doesn't seem to matter. In the house he has them on always. They lay on the floor on his side of the bed and his feet are in them first thing. Will keep coming back as long as they are available. Have tried slippers from others.......but ret'd them.

Be sure to order up a half size, especially if you plan to wear with socks. My dad has worn LL Bean leather slippers for many years -- they last a long time.

I live in Maine in a house where shoes are verboten. Thus, slippers are a must in the (5) cold months. I love Beans but until a year ago, had not tried its slippers. I chose the Wicked Good Scuffs III i(tem #: TA271485) because they looked comfy, warm, and were touted as easy to slip into. "Yes" to the first two adjectives. "Nope" to slipping them on despite being "scuffs". The back of the scuff is too high for that. I either had to bend over and pull them on, or, as I eventually did, mash down the back of the scuffs. The shearling looked great out of the box, but alas, it didn't last. After a few weeks, it was pretty crushed. A year after purchase (not worn in the summer) much of the wool had worn off. Last week, I gave up on them, and purchased a pair of these flannel-lined slippers. Although these do not pretend to be scuffs (they have a traditional back), my feet slip right in, without contacting the back of the slippers. No bending over! (My back has given me strict instructions about unnecessary bending over.) They fit true to size, are quite cushy, and look great! Much better than the scuffs. The soles grip hardwood floors nicely and do not slip or squeak. I believe these are the real deal. Granted, I expect the flannel will wear out within a year, but the fit and look are outstanding. No occasion to crush the back. I advise against the scuffs, but recommend these flannel lined slippers. These are are few bucks cheaper, too.

I bought a pair of these over ten years ago. The lining finally gave up and I relagated them to my rv. Because they were so good and so comfortable I bought another pair. I hope they are still being made ten years from now. I will buy my 3rd pair then.

My husband loves his flannel-lined, hand-sewn slippers. He wears theses comfortable slippers every morning; and when he's ready to "get comfortable" for the evening they go back on again until bedtime.

Great quality, fit & comfort. They were a gift for my teenage Godson who likes to ware them to school. He says the flannel lining stays much nicer than the fleece when worn out of the house.

These slippers are the best and I have had a new pair almost every year for many years. I'm tough on footwear, but the old ones are saved, still in good shape, and get used by my sons when the come home to visit. "Street" shoes come off at the door and these go on.

These slippers started a little snug, though comfortable, and have now stretched to perfectly fit my feet, just as product card said. They are incredibly comfortable and I look forward to getting home and changing into them in the evening. I was concerned they'd be too warm, as I've had trouble with some slippers making my feet sweat. But that hasn't been a problem, they're just comfortably warm. Finally the materials and finish are first rate. These slippers should last a good long time.

My husband loves these slippers. They fit great. He says they are comfortable and warm. They are high quality and will last much longer than the cheap retail slippers I used to get him. He likes the flannel lining and the solid gripper sole.

Exactly as described. Very comfortable, almost like earing socks. Conversely, easy to walk out the door in slippers. While they fit snug (not uncomfortable), I think I would buy one size up for looser comfort.

I was in bad need of a pair of slippers to replace an old pair that were...well, not great. This was a great decision. They fit well, are comfortable, warm and I can step outside in them if I have to. At this price point, has to be the best men's slippers around. Perfect.

These moc style slippers are a great fit, very comfortable and warm while being very light. I have foot and ankle problems that make it impossible to wear many moccasin style items because the soles are too narrow. The crepe sole on these slippers is just right and keeps me from rolling over the side of the slipper. I am very pleased with this purchase and recommend these slippers highly.

After over a decade of use I finally had to get rid of my first pair and I replaced them with this pair. The only complaint I have about them is the buckskin laces do not stay tied very long. A minor annoyance, however, with respect to the overall comfort and wear of these slippers. I'll be back for more when these wear out a decade from now.

my husband loves these mocs...he wears them all year round...this is the third pair we have ordered over the years...they hold up very well and are true to size...

I am very happy with my purchases from LLBean! Everything I ordered the first time was too big. I called them and they helped me order the right size. It was my fault that I ordered the wrong sizes. I didn't read the size chart! It didn't cost me a dime to send them back and get the right items. I will do bussiness with them from now on!

Hubby lives in these. We bought a pair 2-3 years ago and they finally started showing their age (husband would disagree) with the lining wearing thin. I recently bought not one but TWO pair so we would have extra slippers put aside. I know that buying an extra pair might sound a bit strange but I don't think we have ever purchased something with so much comfort and quality all rolled into one. This is the buy of the century!

Delighted with these slippers. The fit is just right, easily accomodating my EE foot. The flannel lining gives just the right amount of warmth. It is not too hot even if I keep socks on. The rubber sole is comfortable and sturdy enough to handle the walk outside to get the paper.

Received these slippers about 10 years ago as a gift. Just replaced them recently and since then have purchased another pair, just to have in my closet. They are good for gift or for yourself and very comfortable. I would highly recommend. Also they are very well priced.

Bought several pairs of slippers for my husband. One by one they went back until this pair and he loves them. They aren't too hot, don't slide off the heel, are comfy and he can go to the mailbox in them because they have a bit of a sole. Sometimes he wears a 12 and sometimes a 13. The 13 was too big; 12 is just right.

This is my third pair of the flannel lined handsewn slippers. The first lasted about 5 years of heavy use (every morning and some "stay at home" days). Right now I have a pair at our "city house" in the Washington DC area and bought another to replace a worn pair at our summer place in Maine. They are comfortable with or without socks (unlike many fleece lined slippers which, for me, are barefoot only) and have enough heft for short outdoor trips in dry weather. The quality of construction is outstanding and they are some of the most comfortable slippers out there. An overall excellent product.
