The insulated tote in medium he purchased for work as a construction worker on a roof here on the East Coast with our weather your tote has proven it self rather quickly. The shoulder strap helps him to carry his lunch up as many heights as he needs to go on a ladder and the insulation is just wonderful as those other coolers that for triple the price . You have to remember his sits out on the roof all for at least 12-15 hours and still brings ice home!!!!And we live and the drive to and from is and hop and and half each way daily!!!! Thank You

We bought this tote to match our other LL Bean totes to use when we travel. Besides the fact that it looks great, the insulation is terrific! We loaded the tote with bottled waters and other beverages for a five hour car ride to a mini vacation, and without using any ice or ice packs, the beverages were still cold when we reached our destination. The shoulder strap makes it very easy to carry. We are putting this item on our list to buy both of our sons as Christmas presents.

Recently purchased this as a gift but also had one myself. The medium is a convenient sized insulated tote to throw in the back seat of a car for a long trip or to take to a picnic.

This was a gift for my daughter to take her lunch and two large refillable water bottles to work each day. She is the envy of all in her office. The construction is excellent! My only regret is not personalizing it.

Bought this bag for my husband and IT'S awesome!!!! it's the perfect size.....i originally bought the smallest one, but it was too small- the MED tote is perfect for lugging beers around and it's not bulky!!!!! finally a good cooler that's not hard to open - that's doesn't leak and fits a ton!!! highly recommend!!!!

JUST AS DESCRIBED. MAYBE A LITTLE ON THE SMALL SIZE. IT WILL BE GREAT TO BRING A FEW SMALL ITEMS FROM THE GROCERIES. GREAT HANDLES AND STRAP.

Its very attractive and durable. Good for those day trips when you want to pack your own lunch or dinner.

Having used this for several very long car trips, I highly recommend it over any other cooler. The insulation holds our bottles extremely cold for the 13-17 hour drives; it is easy to carry; it looks really nice; and best of all, when packing the car, it fits much more easily into an accessible space, especially when reaching back from the front seat. Of all the coolers and cooler bags we have owned over 50 years, this is definitely the best. A super gift!

This bag not only keeps your food cold but does it in style. I got the medium one which is a perfect size for ice packs and trips to the farmers market. The shoulder strap also makes it easy to carry when your arms are full. I also got one as a gift and the recipient loved it.

This bag came just in time to take along to all of our grandson's soccer games this spring and it's going to be taken to a lot more in the fall. It's not too big or heavy and it does keep things nice and cold. It fits behind the back seat perfectly so I can take water and snacks on the go. There's room for bottles of water, bags of gorp and pretzels and chocolate to share with the other parents and grandparents. Plus the outside pouch is just the right size to hold bug spray, sunscreen, my cell phone and sunglasses, too. One of my best finds in a long time!

This insulated bag was perfect for what I wanted it for. I wanted something that was small enough to be an everyday lunch bag but large enough to fit a 9x13 dish on its side for those events that I needed to make something cold. This fit both of those needs perfectly. I love the canvas look and it keeps everything cold. The green looks great as its dark and not too bright. As always, I have found another product that LL Bean has perfected.

I ordered two medium insulated totes for my daughter to use on a family road trip from San Diego to Crater Lake, Oregon, stopping in Redding, CA, which has been up to 116 degrees this month. Not one big one and one little one, but two mediums because they would fit in places in a small car and not be too heavy when loaded. I just saw them in the back of the CRV, standing up well due to their stiff sides. Kept food and drinks cold, but easy to grab and open when driving. She is a veterinary medicine teacher and takes her classes to ranches and farms to observe medical procedures, and has now taken this tote with ice packs to keep her food and drink cold all day long. I am pleased to have gifted them to her, now I want one for myself.

We bought this tote for an extended cross country road trip and it worked so well we bought the large. Instead of ice packs, we used frozen water and when we stopped for the night, the frozen water bottles were still frozen! The size fit perfectly behind the front seat and never had a problem even when we were in the Mohave Desert in June! Oh, and was easy to carry, even when fully packed!

I ordered the medium due to the reviews of the smaller size. The medium is huge! (And yes, I did note the measurements before I ordered.) I am now ordering the small as well so I can use whichever one that will meet my need for the day. Of course it is made by the superior Bean standards and quality - certainly no disappointment there!

Very satisfied with this product. I didn't expect the medium to be so big. However, it does hold a lot plus hold ice packs. Thank you.

Great value and very good looking too. Much better product than the YETI cooler and 1/4 of the price. I've bought 4, 2 MEDIUM and 2 LARGE. The size SMALL is too small for my use.

I wanted a bigger lunchbox than the actual lunchboxes so I looked into this little guy. The reviews commented on the small size so I ordered a medium. WHOA, this medium can certainly pack a lot of stuff! It's too big for my lunch but it's perfect for roadtrips. The material is sturdy as expected and I love it!

I ordered this as a replacement for the lunch cooler bag I had been using for ages. The Medium is just the right size for lunch, day trips or keeping things cool to and from our place up north. I wanted blue to match my other totes-but the back order was several months. So I got the red and love it. Note to the LL Bean Procurement people - a cooler like this is NOT a seasonal item for people who travel year round. In the age of on-line shopping it should be in stock all 4 seasons!

top quality materials plenty big enough for all the beach snacks and drinks, not to heavy when full and the best is it looks fabulous. lots of bang for the buck
