I can not say enough about these flip flops. I have a hard time finding regular shoes to fit or feel comfortable. I am not an open toe or sandal-wearer, usually, but these are the most comfortable flip flops I have ever had. My feet do not hurt when I wear them and I wish I could wear them to work! Not to mention how cute they are! The first pair I had a few years ago I was totally in love with them too, but my dog got them! Definitely recommend them. I will continue to buy these.

I love these, they are fun to wear and colorful. They are a little stiff, strap wise and takes just a touch of time to break them in, but nothing that I would complain about. I bought another pair to give a friend for her birthday also. I found them to be a true fit in both width and sizing.

Stylish and comfortable

I'm from New England now living in Florida. Wearing these flip flops remind me of the summers spent in Ogunquit and Wells, Maine ... Lobsters, Ipswich clams, clam 'chowda', hot days, sun burn, cool nights, beach fire pits, bathing suits, sweat shirts, cottages, gift shoppes, sailboats, rowboats, wind surfers and kids building sand castles! Got the visual? It all comes back to me when I wear these flip flops!!!!

I was so happy when LL Bean brought these back. I've worn them for years and will continue to do so. They fit perfectly, arch support is great and they are super cute!

These are the only shoes I wear. They are comfy right out of the box with no need for "breaking in". I was so disappointed when the design changed but very glad that LL Bean listened to their customers & brought back the old design. A customer for life.

I'm beyond excited that LL Bean brought the original flip flops back! They are comfortable have a slight arch and your feet don't sweat in these like others.

I have been buying the original Maine Isle flip flops every year for almost 10 years now. I look forward to seeing the new designs for the new year. Nothing compares to the original. Best flip flop you can buy!

Today I had to say good bye to an old friend, we spent good times together, you were there on my trips to Yosemite, great trips to the pool, you even gave me a tan line. I even wore you with socks, one day, and laughed on how silly we looked. You even survived a kidnapping and successfully found your way back to me, but today you kept on giving until you could give no more and retired, not of its job, but of exhaustion and just let go and left me this afternoon. You lifted me until you could not lift no more, buddy we had a good 12 years. Our journey has ended! You did your job, now go, go to where all good flops go. L.L.Beanflipflops I will be buying another pair. I bought for my mom and sisters and they agree beat flip flops on the market!!!!

I eventually caved and bought the "angry owl" design. This is my favorite shoe. I wear flip flops year round and up until recently, LL Bean has been my only supplier. The new footbed and reinvented design sent me in a panic. I purchased the newer version initially, but quickly realized it was awful. Not comfortable, poor fit, squishy, toe-thong off center. Horrendous. Please keep this option available with coastal themes and a variety of color choices. You have a loyal following, some of us only customers for this shoe.

These are the only flip flops I buy. I HATE the new style and agree with another reviewer that they are ugly and for me, do not fit. Please keep producing the original, with new designs every year. I normally wear a size 9 shoe, but always order these in size 8.

I've been trying to find new flip flops all summer long by ducking into different L.L. Bean outlet stores wherever I go. Much to my disappointment, there's rarely size 10 in stock, or they didn't fit right. You can imagine my excitement when I was recently gifted a pair of the Original Flip Flops (owl design - so cute!) in size 10 that fit perfectly! They are super comfortable, don't rub in any weird way and from my understanding, will only continue to get comfier the more I wear them. I finally got my summer flippies (even though it's September)!

I bought the only pair left in the original, I didn't care that they had owls on them, I just wanted the fit and comfort. I'm so disappointed in the new versionthey are terribly ugly. Please bring the originals back!!!!

I love these! I order at least one pair every year. They are my favorite flips! I do order one size down from my normal shoe size.

Love my new green black lab flip flops! They are so comfortable & fit perfect! My sister gave me the red black lab ones a few years ago which I absolutely love! She pointed out the green ones this year & I immediately ordered them. Within a few days they were at my door! My favorite flip flops to wear!! You probably guessed that I have a big black lab!!

These are my favorite Flip Flops!!! Please do not get rid of this brand it is my ultimate favorite flip flop. I tried to replace my all black pair but you do not have it in original anymore so I tried the other one. They are ok but not the same.
