My son asked me to purchase these for my daughter-in-law for Mother's Day. Actually he wanted two pair for her. He can't send anything to his house because she is working from home. Anyway, my daughter-in-law loves both pair! She has the waves and the turtles. I love the way they look. I just might buy some for myself.

Love them. They were a little snug at first but then stretched out. Very comfortable, don't make my feet sweat

I always look forward to a brand stinking new pair of flip flops every summer.

These are a must every Summer. I am so glad the sole is the flexible one. This sole is my preference. I can also wear the middle piece, thong, very well. Not too stiff and does not hurt the toes. Love the variety of patterns. As always, a Summer time favorite whether at home or outside.

I have bought several different pairs of Maine Isle Flip Flops (crabs, lobsters, new turtles) for my Lovely Wife, Lovely Daughter, and Lovely Sister-In-Law. They all love getting and wearing them.

It's a little more than I want to spend on a flip flop, but it's really durable, and I love dogs that's why I chose this design

I have a pair of the Original Originals - PERFECT flip flop - Gerber Daisy print. So last year when I wanted to replace them, not that they were worn out but they were looking a bit "tired" I ordered a pair of the same print. After several tries at different sizes and on suggestion of the LLBean representative just reordering my normal size again in case it was a fluke in manufacturing I finally gave up. Today I received my new pair of Originals - blue wave pattern. They Are Perfect! Back to the fit and comfort of my Original Originals.

Thank you for listening to customer feedback and reinstating the Original Maine Isle Flip Flops. It was wonderful to be able to buy a fresh pair to replace my years-old pair that were finally falling to bits after about 5 summers of daily wear. The "redesigned" version with the hard, uncomfortable molded sole was *not* an improvement, so I'm glad you're still keeping the (much nicer) ones in the catalog. I got the blue ones with suns and they are adorable. Suggestion: for next season, order larger volumes of inventory in all colors from your supplier; it's only the day after Memorial Day and they are completely sold out online -- every size, every color. Our retail stores are still closed due to the pandemic, so there's no way to tell if there are any to be had locally. (If you happen to locate a pair of the green ones with dragonflies in size 6 in a storage closet somewhere, please let me know!) Please keep these staple summer flip flops in your product line permanently!

I love these flip flops. They last forever, are well priced and always look good. They are very comfortable. I don't like to go barefoot around the house and these flip flops are great for everyday wear.

We actually call them slippers in Hawaii but I love them just as much here as I did in New England--and I get to wear them lots more.

I wanted a good sturdy (can't think of a better word) flip flop because in the South they're worn almost year-round. This pair with the turtle motif is cute and the three colors match some of my outfits.

I had bought these sandals for many years until they changed the sole of the shoe. While I never tried a pair with the new design, reading the reviews was enough to stop me from buying them. I checked this year and the old design style was back so happily bought two pair. They fit and look as good as they have in the past. Hopefully they keep making this style.

Can't wait for warm weather to wear these! Very well made, as you would expect from LLBean. Wish they came in half sizes, though.

Thank you for bringing back your classic flip flop design! The "new" flip flop design that you replaced these with looked like boats, so I'm really glad you brought these back. I love the original design. They feel great and they look great!

The true LL Bean Original Maine Isle flip flop is once again for sale!!! Same sturdy firm sole with an arch for comfortable all day walking. Fabric thong and straps for those of us allergic to latex. Cute coordinating color stripe on out sole that takes it above the ordinary, along with the patterns and fun critters. I am now going to text friends and fam to alert them to once again buy the best everyday flip flop ever!

Thank you LL Bean for bringing back the original style Maine Isle flip-flops! These original flip-flops by LL Bean are by far my favorite flip-flops. I recently purchased the Black Lab Playing pattern and they very nice looking and comfortable again in the returning original style. Bean has created so many fun patterns that I own over a dozen pair of this style of Bean's flip-flops and have never had a problem with any of them. My first two pair from over 15 years ago are still in good shape.

Great sandals! Beautiful colors are perfect. I ordered size 8 and size 6 the size 6 I got for a friend but she has wide feet so have to return or give to another friend. So only complaint is they have sandals like this in wide

This is my 4th pair of these flip flops. I have 3 other pair that I have owned for over 10 years. These last for years with minimal wear and tear. Highly recommend!

I purchased the Sun motif flip flips. So very cute and they fit true to size. Not too thick or thin. Gives good amount foot stability, like walking on rough gravel doesn't go through the sole. Strap is smooth and flat on top of the foot. Good buy.

I am so glad LL Bean brought back the original flip-flops. I have a collection of about 10 of sea creatures & animals that I wear almost every day. They are comfortable, sturdy, fit perfectly and and cute enough to wear out & about. The soles are thick enough to protect your feet. Perfect for animal lovers & definitely my favorite shoes. Please keep this version!

I have for the last 10 years traditionally purchased these flip flops for my Granddaughter for Easter! One year I got the wrong size, a size 9, but she still worn them. Then the next year I caught myself ordering the wrong size again online. I sent a message to correct the size to an 8. LL Bean was good about getting right back with me and corrected my order. They were a prefect fit.
