I was very excited for these, but unfortunately they won't work for me. I have very problematic feet (have had surgeries, torn ligaments, fractures) but I mostly struggle with posterior tibial tendonitis, accessory navicular, sinus tarsi, and overpronation/flat feet. These shoes do not have very much cushion at all. Moreso than a vivobarefoot, but not soft enough to walk around at work all day (IMO). The toe box is nice and roomy, and fit as expected. However, within minutes of walking on my hardwood floor I noticed that the outer portion of my foot (closer to the toes and metatarsel) felt "lifted" as I walked. I noticed that the black grips on the bottom of the shoe are much harder rubber than the soft white ones (pictured). This was leading to my 4th and 5th metatarsel bones feeling lifted and like that part was walking on hard plastic because the rest of the white foam sank in. Within minutes that part of my foot was quite painful and still sore as i type this. I could never imagine wearing these to work, let alone walking on concrete for 8 hours. Since I over pronate and have flat feet, I also noticed the inner part of my foot felt like it was completely overflowing over the side of the shoe. I'm not sure if this was supposed to act as "arch support" or if it was just designed for those with high arches. The material also felt quite cheap and plasticy, and not so fabricy like I was expecting. The foam on the bottom is incredibly lightweight and cheap feeling IMO. I think overall this shoe could work for people, just not those with sensitive or achey-prone feet.

The back of the shoe collapses easy and took some getting used to. It seemed the shoe was too small due to this (struggling to get over heal), but after breaking them in for a couple of weeks the fabric has stretched and is easier to get on. The roomy toe box is the best part! I'm in PT for plantar fasciitis and the shoe was recommended by my therapist and I couldn't be happier!

I had been having serious problems with lifting toenails from wearing shoes with inadequate toe space and ordering a half-size up from the other companies resulted in sloppy mid-foot and heel fit. Topo shoes have saved my feet, even with ordering a half size larger than normal, I still have a secure heel and arch, and exquisitely generous room in the toe box.

Currently using these to jog/walk on the treadmill. I have had several different styles of Topos over the years, and they have all been great, but I really prefer this low drop style. These are great for my older feet and bunions! #sweepstakes

I would agree with roomy toe box - no bleeding toes if a toenail gets a bit too long. Happy feet. No pain. Allows for nice mid-foot form, without giving unwanted arch support. This is my favourite 0-rise shoe in a long time. I should order 2 more just to be covered for a long time to come. The one thing I'd add to the shoe is that little loop at the back that helps pull on the shoe. That's it!

This shoe is the best shoe I have ever had. The ST4 to be comfortable and versatile for many situations, from training for Spartan, triathlon, working in retail, and walking dogs. The shoe is classy and sleek, I love the understated logo. The upper is soft, breathable, and, pliable. Comfortable, roomy toe box, runs true to size, great introductory shoe for Zero Drop. Topo, PLEASE never change anything about this shoe!!!

I tend towards minimalistic shoes, but wanted a little padding on the road. These shoes are perfect for my aging feet. Very light and flexible. I used them for a 10 miler on the road and since have become my go-to shoe. I also have the Altra Superior 5s.

I have been wearing Altras for years. Then Altra changed their cushion just recently and I ended up with plantar fasciitis. It was hard finding a shoe with zero drop, boxed toe, some cushion and arch support, but with not too much cushion. I love the cushion because it is firm and not the squishy type which causes plantar fasciitis. I love the box toe because I have plenty of room for my toes. I also really like the arch support.

I use these shoes for road running, walking all around the city, and in the gym. It took me a little bit to find the right size and fit since Topos were new to me (size 8 is perfect) , but these shoes are honestly everything I have been looking for in a road running shoe: zero drop, supportive without losing the ground feel (or flexibility for your feet to move with your stride or changes in the road), wide toe box but not so wide that it's awkward, and security around the mid-foot and heal.

I use these for everyday wear. I use them to play badminton, ping pong, shopping. I am an 8.5 and these fit perfectly. I still have the previous model and still use them too. Lightweight, flexible, supportive without being as structured as my other Topo's.

I wear my Topos at work (RN, emergency). I'm on my feet for 12 hours a day, walking almost constantly. My feet have never felt better since finding Topos! The wide tow box and zero drop make these the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn. Thanks Topo!

Love these shoes for running, walking, and just going about my day. They have the perfect amount of cushion and thinness, I hate shoes that feel like I'm walking on pillows but also don't want to feel every tiny little stone I step on. The toe box is perfectly wide, better than other brands that are known for the same thing. My only complaint is that the shoes are oddly "clompy", like the rubber on the bottoms is really hard or something. Not shoes you can be stealthy in, but the comfort is more than worth it.

I wear braces on my legs and feet, I have balance issues and foot drop. I need the toe box space so my toes aren't pinched. I take out the insole and insert my brace in each shoe. Finally, in these Topos, my toes aren't pinched and hurting all day. I can finally take long walks again!

This shoe is great for my running and cardio exercises. I looks for a low drop shoe for running and these are perfect! I also just like how they look!

This is my second pair of Topos and they are immediately comfortable just like my first pair. I wear these for urban walks mostly on pavement or dirt/gravel trails. They may be a little thin soled for long walks; last week I took a 6-mile walk in them, the longest walk so far. The bottoms of my feet were pretty sore by the end. Otherwise I love them!

I started running in Topo ST-3s, which I absolutely love - bought 3 pair so just recently had to buy the ST-4s. So far, I like them except for the fact that they seem to run about a half size smaller. Someone else wrote a review and made the same comment that these run small. I'll be running the Army Ten Miler this October in the ST-4s once I buy another pair that fit better! I'll write another review then to give a comparison to the ST-3s. I'm expecting to the 4s as much as the 3s!

In the 35 years I've spent running/walking I've never put on a new shoe and fallen in love. Truly. So this was a first for me. I've learn so much about gait and the importance of toe room and 0 drop over my years as a trainer and muscle activation practitioner. And these shoes fee like they allow my feet to do what they're supposed to do and allow me to feel comfortable and energized. My husband is sick of hearing "I love my shoes!"

This is the fourth pair of Topos that I have purchased. The wide toe box fits my foot perfectly. The shoes also have a narrow enough heel that they do not slide or slip on my foot. I wear one pair for work where I am on my feet the entire day. I wear another pair for cross fit workouts. I'm not sure if I will ever find another brand of shoe that fits so well.

My first pair of Topos was 9 years ago. It was the ST2 and I loved them. Over the years I have worn many styles of Topos, but the ST remains my favorite. They always fit perfectly. The workmanship is excellent. My favorite thing about these shoes is the wide toe box. If you have never worn a pair of Topos, you should try them.

I have 3 pair. I use my TOPOs while at the gym (orange theory), hiking and just ordered a road runner. Can't wait. FINALLY a shoe that fits my foot and allows me to choose my terrain. I ran in Brooks for years and they just stopped working for me. I spent 3 years and numerous trials and just couldn't find a shoe. LOVE TOPO!!!

I love Topos! I discovered them years ago because I need a minimalist shoe with a roomy toe and zero drop. I use them mostly for working out and weightlifting, but they are a perfect shoe for just walking around the planet. I just ordered some hikers and can't wait to give them a try once they arrive!

Low flat shoe with great arch support. Perfect for heavy lifting and squats because I can spread my toes out and really grip the floor. No heel lift, which is what I need when doing loaded front squats. Great arch support and so comfortable when running 400 or 800 meter sprints. Very lightweight feel on my feet. Packable in my gym bag without squishing or getting damaged. Makes this the perfect shoe for crossfit. Loved them so much I bought my husband a pair of the men's version. They are his new favorite shoe.

I was looking for a zero drop, wide toe box shoe for walking hills and this fits the bill. Very comfortable and no break in period.
