I love the toe room!

I use the Phantom 2 for trail running and use the terradventure for hiking. I am a low mileage runner (3-5 miles) but was able to enjoy the Phantom 2 right out of the box. The midsection was tight enough to not slip and the toe box prevents irritated nails. I like the extra cushion when I run vs less cushion when I hike and the Phantoms delivered.

I'm a new runner, I have arch concerns and a old ankle injury. These shoes are amazing for me. I can actually feel comfortable while on my short runs. I don't get shin pain like I did in the past, and it provides great cushion and support. I highly recommend and will be investing in more shoes to have in rotation. A+

I'm an older runner, and use my shoes for a combo of trail and pavement. These feel great on both. I didn't think I would like the extra cushioning, as I thought the previous version was pretty great. But now that I've tried them, the new ones are even better with the extra cushion.

I love my Topos. I am very picky. I have flat feet and have now been running marathons for over 20 years. I'm not young anymore and things hurt more than they used to and the next injury is right around the corner. It is very important to have comfortable shoes. The Phantom 2 has lots of cushion which is great for long runs, they are not zero drop, which seems to be something I can't tolerate, no matter how I've tried to ease into it, and they have that nice wide toe box. I have recently started wearing toe spacers to try to keep my toes from overlapping like an old lady. The toe box is plenty wide to accommodate some reasonable toe spacers. One single thing I wish lots of shoe companies would work on is making a more substantial outer sole. Whatever material they use to make them lighter just does not hold up like shoes from even 10 years ago and a good shoe is a lot more expensive these days. Wish they could last another month! That complaint is not unique to Topo though. I will continue to buy these Topo Phantom 2 road shoes until they change the style (which you know always happens).

Running was getting painful due to a bunion. My brother recommended Topo. I'm back to enjoying my morning run. Thanks Topo's

Walk and work

I wear my Topos for treadmill jogging, dog walking, and walking everywhere (in my home, on the road, errands). They're very comfortable and nice looking. Once my toes felt that generous toebox, they refused to be squeezed into any other shoe. Obviously, I'll be buying only Topo shoes from now on.

HIIT and walking stays post stress fracture , stress reaction. Transitioning off HOKA these are amazing.

Cannot wait for my first road race in these!

Love how comfortable they. My feet never hurt. They are my all time favorite sneakers.

I have always needed an average size heel with a roomy toe and also a secure arch. This shoes solved every one of these issues. Congratulations Topo! I wish you great success because I am sure there are a lot of people with these same wishes.

I use these shoes primarily for my long runs but also for midweek runs. The fit feels secure on my narrow feet. They are comfortable and responsive when I pick up the pace.

I have a pair of the original Phantoms and these seem to have a slightly wider toe box and the lace holes are designed slightly differently so they are easier to lace up and stay put better during my runs.
