I do not like the way the cross strap is on the bag . I have lots of vera Bradley bags . And I like all of them, just not this one so much,!!!

I have three little hipsters, but this one has a few modifications I am not crazy about. First, the front zipper no longer goes all the way around the three sides - making it difficult to get cards out. Second, the front zipper is metal, while the top zipper is black nylon. Third, the credit card holders seem to be smaller - I can't fit as many cards in this one as I could my older ones. Finally, I miss the magnetic closure on the back. I will need to re-evaluate my choices the next time I need a new purse.

They have changed the zipper to a bigger tooth zipper and it does not work nearly as well.

I returned this bag. Like the style but the pattern was just way to bright for me.

This purse is the perfect style for home and travel. My only problem is the zipper that opens/closes the outside wallet. This zipper isn't smooth, teeth are sharp, and takes away on the purse's look. This will be my last little hipster purchase, unless they change the zipper back to the original look.

A lot of nice features. Lightweight and crossbody style. I love the overall size but wish is had more like a 2 inch depth. Difficult to really carry glasses wallet and other necessary items daily.

This bag doesn't seem to be the same quality as my last two Little Hipsters. The back pocket is much smaller. The two zippers are made of different material and don't match well. The zipper is gold and the strap hardware is silver. It seems there wasn't too much thought put into this bag like my others. I like the pattern so I decided to keep it but not completely happy.

Bought another Hipster for my mom. She LOVES the Hipster. We were both disappointed with the quality. Zippers do not match. I shop Vera often but have not purchased for myself in the past year as I am no longer wowed by the quality! I have purchased at least 20 various bags for myself and others. I want to return to Vera but, the quality of the fabrics and the new zipper installation makes the bags look and feel cheap. Vera please return to making quality bags.... I miss my Vera bags.

The Little Hipster is one of my favorite styles. But I was sorry to find my newest one lacks at least two things that I regret. There is no magnetic snap on the outside pocket and the zipper on the card/bill holder on the front is much shorter. By not being as long on the sides it makes the opening smaller so that the contents are harder to access or see. Also when I filled it with the exact same items from the older one I was carrying it was lumpy as if it held less.

I love the compartment in the front with all the slots for cards. Just add more, since everything needs a card these days and use the lining so they can't be scanned.

I was very disappointed because there are two different zippers on it. The zipper for main compartment is nylon and work well. The front compartment where you would put credit cards and money, is metal and does not work well. I love the Little Hipsters and have several of them and use them until they wear out. Don't think this one will last very long.

I bought the mini hipster for traveling and found it too small for my needs. Not too worry, I passed it down to my daughter who travels quite a bit and doesn't carry as much as I do. And It is in her favorite colors. Win-win all around.

In general I love this bag, its great for when you're on the go and just need the necessities. However, the old design was much better in my opinion. They took away what I feel was the most important feature - the slim inner zip pocket that was found in the compartment under the flap. It allowed me to skip trying to squeeze a wallet into this tiny bag and instead stash credit cards, money (larger bills) & ID securely into a built in pocket. I don't want all of this stuff in the top flap because of it's easy access to other people (plus if accidentally left unzipped, it could easily fall out) I use that flap for items that I want quick access to but aren't as valuable (small bills, chapstick, etc). And I prefer having those valuable items in a zipped pocket rather than in the card slots in that compartment. I just don't know why they changed the design, I really feel like it was perfect before.... my guess is cutting corners so the production cost is less? But now that leaves me searching to find a compact crossbody from another manufacturer that is more similar to the older version of this bag....... Do I still like the bag and use it, of course.... but if I found something by someone else that matched the old design I would be switching over immediately.....

Received my mini hipster yesterday and seeing that it was my first one I was excited. I like the overall design however I would have preferred if it was about an inch bigger in width, height, and depth. I tried fitting my VB Jen Zip ID into the front card compartment. It was a tight fit and made the front of the bag bulge unattractively. It would also have been better and safer if the display window on the flap required the card to be inserted from the side rather than the bottom so that the card does not fall out when the flap is opened. The ribbon with the VB name, like some of the other VB bags, would be nicer instead of the plain faux leather loop attached to the zippers.

I like some of the patterns, but would prefer the solid colors. I wish solid color bags were more affordable.

This is my first time buying this style of bag. It is a good size and I love the style and compartments. However, the zipper on the wallet is a big silver zipper and does not match the nylon zipper on the top. The back pocket holds my iPhone 7 perfectly, but wish it had a magnetic closure. Also, bring back the signature VB ribbons on all the zipper pulls! What happened to them?

I was very disappointed with the wallet section of this bag. The bulky zipper is hideous and difficult to zip and unzip. Also, it does not open very wide. The bag does seem to be a little larger than the other Little Hipsters I have bought. I have always been quite pleased with the Little Hipster, but this one just falls short.

I use this when at attractions with grand kids so my hands are free to assist them with activities

So, I was looking for a crossbody bag for travel. I just wanted to carry a small wallet, phone and sunglasses. Unfortunately, these items wouldn't fit in this bag. I loved the pattern but I couldn't make this work. The other thing is I hate, is not having the quilted interior, it has now been replaced with a silky material. I started buying VB for the quilted cotton lining and I want them to bring it back. Can I recommend this bag, only if you don't mind the new lining and you don't want to carry anything in the bag.

The zippers seem cheap. They do not work well. The opening for the money/credit card compartment does not open wide enough. I have had this style before and liked it much better than this newer version. I like the colors and the fish print.
