I seen this in a store today and said to my mom, that's not even a Vera Bradley however after looking closer we see it was. I think I have 15 of these bags. I won't be buying again until they change. The last change was bad enough when you removed 2 credit card slots, removed the drivers license slot, removed the magnet on the outside pocket and stitched the pocket shut 1 on each side making it harder to get bigger phones in the pocket. Now when I seen the new one it looked so cheap. There were no Vera Bradley signature pulls on the zipper, the 2 zippers don't match, one is bulky metal, and the metal zipper is shorter making the wallet area harder to get into and now it has the scratching metal zipper. Over all quality seemed poor to the point I didn't even think it was Vera. I walk with a cane and this bag was perfect for me. I'm not weighted down by it and it's the perfect length. I can get in and out of it easy. Please bring back the old one. I won't be buying any more.

Love the style; however, not the quality! Unfortunately, after daily wear for about a month, the snap broke.

Please go back to the old version. The old version was perfect! I don't like the thick strap on the new version, it is uncomfortable. The battery pack rivot scratched my phone. The battery pocket is wasted space. I miss the coin zipper compartment.

I have a lot of the 'Little Hipster' crossbody bags, but with the changes to the 'iconic' version of it I won't be buying more of them. I absolutely loved these bags but now there is no magnet on the outside pocket and the outer edges are now stitched down on each side allowing less access to the pocket. The magnet was the best thing about the outside pocket! I am so sad about these changes because I was going to buy a couple more because of new patterns. Love the Winter Berry especially but when I received it, I returned it right away because of the changes. I hope the original style comes back so I can buy more 'Little Hipster' bags again. Definitely not an improvement as far as I'm concerned.

I loved the old version of this purse. I have several of them in a variety of patterns and was excited to buy more, only to be disappointed. Why did you change the strap? It looks so cheap and uncomfortable. I loved the old one! And I'm horrified to see the drivers license pouch moved to the underflap where it can fall out. The old purse was absolute perfection. Please change it back. I won't be buying this again after all.

Stiff, bulky strap and metal zipper are horrible!!

I got this bag as a late Christmas gift and the inside is already ripping. The grommet for the charging cord has completely ripped off. This is not the quality I expect from from VB. I have been carrying VB bags exclusively for close to 15 years, including a backpack for when I went back to grad school (I mean I had to look cute and fit in with those co-ed 30 years younger than me.) Inalso have several luggage pieces and I travel very frequently for business and pleasure. I share all this so you can see what a dedicated customer I have been and that I expect a certain standard from this company. I hope they work on the quality of this piece and represent it. I love the size and the features but not the flimsy material and workmanship.

I own about 50 of the original ones and over 250 Vera Bradley productrs. These bags are the perfect size for me since I don't carry a lot in my bag. If you want to sell this new RFID one, why can't you still sell the original one?? Vera Bradley appears to be getting into too many upscale bags. You NEED to remain loyal to your loyal customers who made your name!

I will never buy this purse again with the new features. I LOVED the old version but the horrible straps on the new one and the wasted battery pack space makes this purse useless. There is SO much less room in it.
