I purchased this to replace the one I have been carrying for YEARS. Seriously - years. I love the print, but there are a few changes made to the purse which prevent me from giving 5 stars. First, the body of the purse isn't as deep as the last one. There is a noticeable difference just in moving my things from one to the other. Second, the pocket on the back side no longer runs the length of the purse. It is now sewed down approximately 1 inch on either side. This prevents me from laying my phone length wise so it is completely secured. It will only stand up in the pocket, meaning I can't fasten the closure. That change really stinks. I'm not sure why these changes were made to a perfect bag, but I wish they would undo them.

Love the print. For my use, would be better if it were just a smidge deeper. I will use for something. Thanks for having such great sales, especially for us retired persons.

I love these purses, have a couple of them. But on this one the outside slip pocket is stitched so that the opening is so narrow I can't slip my phone into the pocket. So that is really disappointing.

The hipster was very nice. The hipster was smaller than I expected. It was not large enough for my needs. It's really hard to determine the size until you have it in your hands.

Is a nice little bag but even when my wallet is very small the bag is to compact so when you put stuff in the middle it will interfieres with the outside pocket for the phone making it hard to put it in.

This is super cute and functional- love the wording on the side and the quality. I originally bought because I needed something with both a clip AND keyring, but the key ring with my keys on it does not stay attached to the keychain by that small button on the side. Hopefully I don't lose my keys as they keep falling off :(

I have purchased 5 Little Hipsters in various colors. This size is perfect for me. I thought the sloth fabric was pretty and ordered the Little Hipster. This purse is slightly smaller than the others and there is no piping around the zipper pocket. There is no piping around the edges of the front and back sides. The width from front to back is more narrow. There is no Vera Bradley logo trim on the zipper pocket, only a fabric tag sewn into a seam. It is pretty obvious that this is an attempt to save money on production of this item. You should never sacrifice quality to save on cost.

i love this purse! i hae one for summer and this one for winter.but i really wanted it to be a bit bigger. i'm not good at measuring i guess. it is great for normal, but as soon as you throw in a vax holder and cc separate holder, its too small. but i'm makig it do cause i love it

I am a loyal VB customer since 1998, so I have a long history of patterns, bags and all sorts of things. I looove the little hipster. I have it in 4 patterns and just got a 5th one in Stained Glass Medalion as a birthday gift. To my surprise I can no longer fit the few items I carry easily in this bag. It has been redesigned without the piping along the edges and it's a few mm smaller in the dimensions around the edges. I sew, so I know not all items are ever exactly the same when two different people sew them, but the bag I got is just not the same size and quality as the ones I have used for many years. I am a brand loyalist but disappointed in this most recent bag. I hope the overall quality is not gone down over all VB products.

Did not meet expectations

I am disappointed. I have several of these bags from awhile back. But your recycled material is stiff and unyielding. The shoulder strap is stiff and I am struggling to get my cell phone in and out of the outside pocket. I never had these problems with the older model.

my only complaint is i wish it was about 1 longer.... then it would be perfect.

I have many Little Hipsters-they are wonderful because they are a wallet and small bag in one. i love the pattern of this bag but the construction is not like the others. The side pocket is much smaller, hard to get a smart phone in it. And the inside is loose fabric instead of a constructed lining. Neither of these changes would be because of the recycled fabric. I would not buy another one like this!

Does not look as good in person as it does on line

Cute bag, but was a little too small for my needs. I just have too much stuff that I like to have on hand. I just love the quality and the print, but I needed a bigger bag.

I like the bag it's small that's what I ordered, I like how it has place to put your ID, I like the pattern

It was unclear from picture. It was different.

I wanted to love this Keychain, but be careful. It opens up easily and your keys fall off. Luckily, I retraced my steps and found my keys. They should reconsider the design.

I love the size and the fabric, but not the way to get it around my waist. I would like a catch that opens and closes. I'm not fond of cross body bags and I don't like needing to slide the buckle wide to get it over my head, then make it tighter, the open it up to get it off my body. I have another body bag or fanny pack that has a catch and that's what I thought this bag would have. I am seriously considering taking this bag to a seamstress and changing the strap out.

I like the pattern but overall was disappointed in the purse. It is much smaller than I imagined and doesn't have enough room for essential items.

I read the reviews on this bag but didn't understand that for whatever reason they keep changing it. The hipster I have the zippers go all the way down in the front which makes it much easier to get credit cards out when purchasing something. I love these bags and wish they would go back to the previous verson.

I like the bag concept. It be better if you could of made the front flap not snap but zip around in case if the bag flipped you don't have to worry if your credit cards slips out or not. Also it be good if these bags with the designs came in performance twill, though you do carry them in performance twill but not the designs or colors I'd pick and I think be nice if you can have the straps thicker and interchangeable because the when the straps rub on to your clothes it makes those small lint balls but overall I like the bag and size
