Since the Aravon brand started being made by Rockport instead of New Balance, even though they have ostensibly kept some of the same styles as before, the fit has changed. I could wear my old pair of RevSavors for 12+ hours with no problem, even when they were almost brand new. They wore out and I came straight here to buy another pair, and figured out too late to return them that they didn't fit the same. I could only wear the new ones for 3-4 hours before they ruined the rest of my day. Then came the research that led to the information about the manufacturer change. Anyway, I still really like Aravons' aesthetics, so I decided to try a style with a different shadow, in the hope that it might be better. NOPE! These are way worse. Very narrow, and with a very low instep. I put one shoe on my foot and didn't even try putting weight on the foot before I could tell that these were impossible.

I was REALLY hoping that this Slip On shoe would be a good shoe for Winter (it's waterproof). It has a NICE ROUND toe & an ample toe box height. It was wide enough for me in a Medium. The sole felt strange. I swapped out the factory insole and that was an improvement. But the 2nd & 3rd time I tried walking in the shoe: it was not as comfortable as I needed. The sole isn't as firm as I need. BUT.....on the 3rd try: I realized that as I walked around my house - my foot was gradually slipping a little forward the MORE I walked. Using a thicker sock would NOT help: because THEN I would lose the NICE and right amount of space for my toes. IT is TOO BAD because it is hard to find Round Toes from many shoe manufacturers. They could be Just Right for YOU!

Nice looking shoe, but narrow across the ball of the foot. Also difficult to get on - would definitely need a shoe horn, heel folds in readily.

I really like these shoes. They look great with jeans and have the side benefit of being waterproof. I find them very comfortable.

Aravon is a good shoe for people with high arches who need high and rounded toe box. This is my fourth pair. Take an 11 wide. Style is a bit too wide especially in heel but toe room is great. Wearing insole plus orthotics takes up enough room. Tried medium but too tight.

Wanted a waterproof slip-on and was encouraged by the 100% fit ratings. The shoe was too narrow (ache from wearing them around the house for an hour or two didn't go away for a day) Tried to order the next width but out of stock. Now there is one in stock that I've ordered. Whew, never had a shoe this wide before. Hope it works.

Loved this shoe right out of the box. I'm becoming a big fan of Aravon shoes. They aren't cheap though. Hoping these will last me a very long time as this is my first slip on shoe that fit ! Now I don't have to wear my tennis shoes all the time. I finally have an every day shoe. I'm so happy. I wore them shopping for a few hours today and couldn't be more pleased. Comfortable, and easy to get on and off. Perfect ! Thank you Zappos !

These are the only shoes that did not hurt my neuroma. Lots of space in the toes and I really like the style. Perfect for everyday wearing. But, I had a problem with the shoes slipping off my heels. To get the width in the front, the heel was too wide. I tried pads, orthotics, and it still slipped. I don't want to fall and so I reluctantly, very reluctantly returned these shoes.

I liked these but there is a small lump right under the ball of the foot — for extra padding I guess, but I am not sure it would be a good thing long term. Returning.

These are super cute and I really wanted to like them but the heel is too wide. The ball of the foot is the proper width but my heel slides around so much that I wouldn't be able to do much walking in them.

I needed a waterproof shoe that I could wear to work. After much searching I decided to try this pair. I LOVE them! They are super comfortable and light. I just tried to order a second pair and they are out of my size :(

This is a nice shoe, and I love the color. I have had lots of luck with Aragon shoes fitting my EE feet, but they shouldn't have bothered making these in WW, because there is no way a wide foot is getting into that opening.

except for the length, the fit was great. I tried half size width up (in both colors) but out of stock. So I'm out of luck. Zappos has been great about returns. Dont know what I'd do if I didn't have Zappos.

Nice alternative to tennis shoes.

This is my 2nd pair. I love them. So easy and comfortable to wear so almost never wear anything else. Love that they are waterproof and they truly are!
