An interesting boot. I really appreciate the fact that it's available in wide and extra wide. Not many boots offer those options. And the box and packaging are vey pretty! That said, the Aravon Fairlee is an odd cross between a fashion boot and a winter boot. The fact that it's waterproof and insulated is great. But it's too loose around the ankle, and the beautiful suede exterior seems like it might not be very durable. It's the right boot for someone, but not for me.

Not great

Just doesn’t feel comfortable. Material is hard, scratchy where it meets ankles; feet slide around in them, even with socks.

I returned both a 6 extra wide and a 6 wide. They both slipped badly in the heel. I also found them to be uncomfortably heavy.

Does not feel good where on the anterior portion of my ankle.

The bootie was very stiff and did therefore was uncomfortable to even try on.

I wear a 7.5 shoe and ordered an 8 which felt like the right size. I loved everything about this boot except the arch support wasn't good for me. It might be fine for someone else's foot.

I have Aravon shoes that fit well. I ordered the same size in the boot, and it felt a full size smaller. Going back.

This boot is not comfortable, very stiff leather. Width was good but 7.5 slipped in the heel when tried them on, foot bed is hard. Disappointed, I have other Aravons that are comfortable so surprised at these. Also color isn't very good more of a brown.

I have been wearing Aravon shoes for at least 8 years and they are my favorite brand for comfort. This was the first that the shoe was too narrow. The boot was really difficult to get on as well. I got another similar style from another brand and they slipped right on.

THis boot was really cute, but did not work on my feet-ankle slipped and last was jsut not cut for me. That's not the fault of the shoe, but just not a good fit for me.

I could not get my foot inside the shoe. I have wide feet, but normally I am able to get inside the shoe. Not this time. No way. I cannot give opinions on anything else.

For a 2W these were not very wide. They were just wide enough and felt a little narrow. I couldn't even get my foot into the regular wide of this style. They were not very comfortable and the ankle opening was way too big. It was really odd walking in them. I really wanted to like these as finding waterproof wide boots are REALLY hard to find.

Not wide enough

This is the 2nd time you sent me the wrong color! I keep trying to order "warm iron" and I'm getting boxes that say brown!

Very strange fit. I first ordered 11W. They were too narrow so I sent them back and ordered 11WW and they were narrower than the 11W!

Very disappointed with this boot. This was supposed to be DOUBLE wide but seriously not only did it look like a medium width but ran very narrow for wide feet. I didn't like the outside material either to keep clean.

I returned an 11 Wide and ordered an 11 WW. The WW was narrower than the W! Very disappointed.
