I have been wearing this almost everyday since I got it from Zappos a few months ago. My feet are problem feet—wide, flat, sensitive. I thought this was half a size too large because my foot was sliding forward with each step. I added insoles to solve that and because I like the feel of thick soles. I gave it 4 stars for that “sole” reason, it wasn’t thick enough for me. Overall, I love this shoe. Looks good too.

It was a cute boot. But it rubbed on my ankle too much. I didn't think I could live with that. So I did return them. I also thought I was buying a grey color, warm iron. But I guess my computer was deceiving because these were brown. The box even said brown and not warm iron.

OK....I would have liked more arch support and comfort.

I ordered this boot in the same size in two colors. The brown fit perfectly. Unfortunately, the black ones were significantly tighter. I returned the black pair.

I ordered half size up to fit over thick socks. Very comfortable for city walking although there is only slim to moderate arch support. Plenty of room in the toes which I need. Not an elegant boot but good looking, well constructed and very good for walking or spending time standing.

These boots are definitely NOT the gray color in the photo. They are a deep coco brown color.

Very generous cut. I wear a 9.5 wide and opted for the EE so I could wear heavy socks with them. There are rarely boots made in this width. I would rather have had the option for leather as I'm not convinced the suede will hold up to Michigan snow and slush. Would recommend.

Perfect fit at 8 1/2 which is my size. Comfortable, no pinched toes, Fairly easy to get on due to side zipper which slid open fairly well. I liked the color which was accurately shown in photo. The sole is nice and pliable. They look good with jeans or other pants. Thanks Zappos

I need an 11 for the length and a W for a bunion but these were just too loose overall. My heel was coming up in the boot.

Nice looking boot but felt stiff and was a little short for a 9. Ankles were bigger than other boots I tried so they did not rub as much but no arch support to speak of.

I have a moderately high instep, nothing dramatic but I as not able to get foot into boot.

The style and practicality were great. When I put my foot in the shoe, I thought they were great. And then when I stood up, I felt like my heel was really elevated…even though it appears to be more of a flat soled shoe. The pressure on my heel and incline of my foot were too much. Sorry to be returning them.

These are great looking shoes but the toe box is very low with no give. Toes feel pressed from the top. I've slight hammertoes but usually don't have this issue. Going back.

Needed a waterproof boot and these were very attractive on line and out of the box. Seem well made too. However, they are very stiff at the top and immediately rubbed my shin bones while walking, even with wearing socks. They fit and look nice while standing still... but that is not practical. So back they go.

I wear a size 5.5 2E in New Balance and Brooks running shoes. These boots in a size 6 2E (5.5 was not available when I ordered) was understandably a little long. Width was fine. My feet are wide but my ankles and calves are not. There is a nearly 2" gap between the front of my calf and the top edge of the boot so it looks odd. I can easily put the boots on and off without having to use the side zipper. Returning these and still looking for the perfect ankle boot.

I really wanted to like these boots. They were stylish with a zipper opening to facilitate getting into the boot, but they were just too tight on my feet. I liked the color and rounded toe. I liked the soft inside and the thinsulate to keep your feet warm, but just could adjust to the tightness.

Very disappointing to find narrow toe box in a WW shoe. Color nice, but boot not accommodating to bunions.

I wanted to like these, they were relatively comfortable and I could see how they'd be awesome. Unfortunately, the outside of the arch was really high, uncomfortably so. The zippers on the inside are also so big that they click clack and I was checking to see if there were tags on the shoes I forgot to snip off. I had to return them because between the zippers and the high outside arches I was walking funny and it was not worth the price. Even though they were a wide and I'm normally ok with that, I think I would have needed a double wide in this shoe. (Ordered/returned size 6W)

These boots did not fit me right at all. Neither the width (for my medium-wide foot) nor in the general footbed. My heels slipped in them. Definitely was not a keeper for me.

As a heads up this is not a true WIDE shoe. I wear medium to slight wide when my feet swell - decided to go with the closest wide to medium. Super narrow! Way way too narrow - buyers beware.

I didn’t care for these boots. They were not as comfortable as the bogs I also ordered. They look very nice, they just didn’t work for me.

Based on reviews, I ordered a wide, but found that it was too wide. If you wouldn't normally order a wide, I don't think you need to do so with this boot. The styling is pretty bland too. I ordered these, and a pair of similar leather waterproof Sorrels, and went with the Sorrels, which I thought had a nicer look to them.
