I ordered these because I wanted an attractive pair of shoes, with rubber soles, that were not sneakers. These fit the bill. I wear a 9.5N, and I have a high instep/arch. My heel does not slip out of the back, and the velcro straps accommodate my instep really well. They are a little stiff, but I am sure they will soften up with wearing. I paid more than I wanted to for these shoes, but now do not regret the cost. I even asked to be notified when the bone color comes in, so that I can get those, as well!

I’m between sizes so ordered both 7 & 7.5. They run a little short so the 7.5 fit better. They’re really cute, and would look great with shorts, dresses or pants. But I’m returning both sizes because the back of the heel is quite stiff, and I could tell it would give me blisters in no time. Too bad, I really wanted to keep them.

Aravon shoes are always wonderfully supportive, and I felt that support when I put these on. But I have a high instep, and the t-strap felt a bit skimpy for me.

These shoes are very pretty, but unfortunately the strap wasn't long enough to accommodate my high instep - the Velcro hook wouldn't reach the loop to secure the shoe. The width and comfort were great - I was sorry to have to return the pair.

The strap across the instep with the velcro closure was too short. I have a high instep and when closed it hurt. It was a bit too narrow, and after only about 15 minutes in the house, my toes were sore, I could see blisters in the making. So far only the Aravon Bonnie has been wearable, and I bought two of them. I had hoped for more from New Balance.

The fit was very good. I usually wear an arrow but this fits perfect. These are the most comfortable shoes I have worn in ages. Great padding for my calluses

These shoes are very comfortable, even on the first wearing. The insoles are soft but support my arches well. I love the look and detailing of this shoe and the rounded toe box makes them comfortable enough for a lot of walking. I was afraid these shoes would be too wide, as the picture makes these shoes look wider than they are, but the medium width fit me perfectly.

I'm willing to write a revue because Aravon is one of the few labels left that includes narrow/2A in their line. I have other Aravon shoes and usually look at their new offerings. I got this shoe first in stone and liked it so much that I decided that I wanted it in black too. The shoe is comfortable, stays on because of the straps, looks cute (I think) and I can even dance in it!

These shoes are very comfortable but the straps were much too short for my high instep. I was sad to have to return them.

This is a really nice shoe. I especially like the rounded toe box that leaves plenty of room for your toes. In terms of length, I ended up a half size smaller than I usually wear. I ordered wide and it was fine in terms of my foot. However, if you have wide feet and a high instep like I do, you should order the EE width instead of the D width. The EE is a little wide for me but it was an issue of the length of the strap over my instep. In the D width shoe, the velcro fastening part of the strap was too short and the T part of the strap laid crooked. I ordered EE and the strap is perfect. A little extra room in the shoe but I’d much rather have that than a shoe that’s too tight or a strap that presses on my instep and is crooked. If you have a regular instep, you’ll be just fine no matter what width you order.

This is my second pair of this style and love them.

Nice wide toe box, covered heel and toe, still has a nice sandal-like vibe. I could wish for more arch support but these are not bad. Pleased with the shoes.

Great shoes for my orthopedic issues and look great, too! I have many pairs of these shoes and will continue to buy them as long as they are made!

Love the shoe. Have another pair of Aravon size 10. These are short and wider than the narrow I ordered. Need a 10.5 which is not offered.

Comfortable shoe and so stylish. Good for casual and going out to dinner.

Very pleased to find these shoes. They felt wonderful right out of the box, very rare for me, with one extremely wide foot. Wore them from 8 am to 10 pm first day, no problem!

I’m an event planner. I average about 20,000 steps at an event. Let me tell you these are the best shoes for being on your feet all day. And they are not ugly, they actually Look cute with a dress. I have a wide toe box and the wider width is life changing. I’ll be buying another pair for sure.

I have a wide foot that can sometimes fit into a wider medium shoe. I usually get a size 10 something. In 9.5D, I felt the width was perfect, but I feel they're just slightly long. Comfortable from the first step without messing with different insoles.
