Excellent support. Great for those who suffer from edema, because of the adjustable straps. This is the second pair my mother has had. The only con would be the center straps ability to be completely opened to ease slipping the shoe on and off.

Comfortable, had to reorder because removable footed is very thick. When removed for orthotics I needed the medium width not wide width. Now orthotics work great. Wear all day.

I really like these shoes! They are nice and firm. I have been having issues with swelling in one ankle and firm footbeds seem to help. I would definitely not call them cushiony, but they are very supportive.

Love, love, love these shoes!! I have narrow and flat feet and am hard to fit. These really work for me. After receiving my shoes I immediately ordered another pair in a different color. Also, love buying from Zappos as their customer service is superb.

I love these shoes! I have arthritis in my feet, and it is very hard for me to find comfortable shoes. These are wonderful! No more aching feet. They have three adjustable straps for a perfect fit, plus a very comfortable and supportive footbed. The blue ones are my favorite. So far, I have bought two pairs.

These sandals saved my vacation! I just got back from a week long trip to Disney World. The very first evening there, I wore a different pair of shoes. Bad idea! I had two blisters and an early start the next morning. Solution: these sandals. They were very comfortable. Very easy to adjust to my feet. I was able to walk and walk for the next five days and I had a great time!

I purchased this shoe in a local shoe store. It is the only sandal I can wear without wearing my orthotics. The foot bed feels so comfortable. I now own three pairs - black, brown and blue. Wish they would stock navy.

I have a pronounced bunion on my right foot. The adjustable straps in this shoe allow for that. I found this shoe extremely comfortable. I wear sandals all day long and my feet still felt good at the end of the day.

This is my third pair of these sandals. I practically live in them. With three adjustments, they are easily adjusted to my feet. Also, they are very comfortable. I will buy them again.

Wonderful shoe, my 3rd pair. I have very narrow heels and sensitive feet and these are very comfortable and wear well. They look good. Forefoot padding is excellent, straps are really adjustable and arch support is okay.

Very comfortable and nice looking shoe. I have been suffering back, knee, ankle, and foot pain. I was told the burning, needling pain in my feet was diabetic nerve pain, but was not diagnosed with diabetes. The foot doctor said neuropathy. He recommended New Balance shoes. This sandal is made by New Balance and offers the same footbed construction. Three adjustable straps allows me to adjust the shoe to my foot.

Excellent fit and arch support - have need as I wear arch supports in all my shoes. Very happy - also worth the price.

I think these were very comfortable, however the style was just not right for me. I don't like showing my toes a lot and the top strap, (while all the straps are adjustable) was just a bit too high up on the ankle for me and kept feeling like it was cutting into my ankle when I had it tight enough to stay supportive. I sent them back, but if this style is for you, this is a very comfortable sandal.

bought these for a European vacation. They held up very well on cobblestone streets and were very comfortable. Would buy them again.

These are wonderful shoes. Just bought these in black & brown; have had 2 other pair of Katys. I have problem feet and can wear these for many hours.

I couldn't find these shoes locally so I went online and found them at Zappos. This style is very comfortable to my feet. I will buy them again in the future.

Everything great if you can stand the ridge under the toes. It put mine to sleep, a constant tingling sensation.

I have a hard time finding comfortable shoes, and these sandals are very good, especially for the plantar fasciitis that I have right now, as the heel is slightly elevated. The width variety is terrific.

I've tried on a dozen sandals from Zappos before I hit on this one. I was looking for a sandal with good support that could manage multiple problems: a foot that looks like a fat slice of pizza and ankles that pronate. I needed width in the front, not too much height in the middle, and the ability to make the ankle tight. And no rubbing on my bunions. The Katy had it all, and I found that the medium width was plenty wide enough. I have a low arch but there's enough support to keep me from pronating. I'm grateful to all the folks who have reviewed this shoe; that really.

I love this sandal. The foot bed is well cushioned and comfortable. The straps adjust 3 ways so you have to be able to get the right fit. I wear this sandal when I know I am going to be walking a lot. They are not evening party sandals, but your feet will thank you during the day!

I love these sandals! They are one of few that I can wear all day. I have significant arthritis in my feet but am happy when I can wear a shoe that is not only comfortable, but also stylish in appearance.

I have purchased this brand of sandals for about ten years and this is probably my 8th pair. I was delighted with getting them in blue because the color goes so well with summer outfits. Thanks to Zappos for the excellent service. The support in these sandals works for my foot and the three way Velcro makes them ideal.

Love these sandals! Received the blue suede style and they are so very comfortable. They fit very much like an Aravon sandal I have been wearing these last 8 years. I like the velcro straps for easy adjustment and the removable footbed so I can lay in my orthotics (I specified no arch support because it is more like not applicable -- I don't wear them with the footbed, but I imagine that they do have excellent arch support, but can't say for sure). These will go great with jeans as well as casual skirts, shorts. I am so happy to find these sandals through Zappos because finding Aravon shoes anywhere else is near impossible. Thank you, Zappos!

These are the best "comfort" sandals ever! They come in all sizes -- thank you, Aravon! -- and are really comfortable and well constructed. I've had a pair for 6 or 7 years that I'm still wearing and have just ordered another pair. I was so pleased to find them online at Zappos.
