I have purchased several pairs of this particular shoe in different golors. I have extremely problematic feet. I have a high instep, my feet are wide, I have heel spurs, planter fasciitis, and ( most painful at all) foot nerve issues. Buying shoes that feel good on my feet is nearly impossible. But these sandals are extremely comfortable. My feet feel both supported and the soles are well cushioned. Usually, with my wide feet, the shoes I get her often clunky looking. These also look good on my feet. I recommend them, even at the price I paid. (They are not cheap!)

This, for me, is a great sandal. I have a "fussy foot" and have sent for more shoes than I care to tell you about. Because "Katy" has three adjustable straps it fits well.

My short, narrow heeled foot is very difficult to fit. Shoes and sandals than I can wear traveling while living out of a suit are and still look presentable in a cafe or boutique are incredibly difficult to find. The Aravon Katy is a least substantially supportive and comfortable for my feet while only moderately stylish. The velcro adheres well and makes adjustments easy for different size feet. I purchase a narrow width and found them to be an excellent fit that doesn't rub like so many other shoes.

I purchased these for my daughter who has really hard to fit shoe due to really wide foot. And SHE LOVES THEM!! She put them on straight from box, and she walk out, wear them to the store. Which she never does. She said she want another pair before they run out!! I buy another pair for her now.

The shoe seemed true to size but I needed to return it because the strap over the instep was too short to reach the Velcro and couldn't be attached.

Nice sandal. Durable, sturdy, comfortable. I like the black on black (soles). Easy on/off. Good summer/fall sandal.

NEAR Perfect! FITS great, even with bunion. Comfortable. A bit "Thick" in style, but Sturdy. Not too "Bronze" ~ a bit shiny, but works as brown. The black base is good for hiding dirt.

This is my second pair of Aarvon Katy sandals. I had the other pair for a long time and was hesitant to give them up. However a trip to Italy made me realize I needed new footwear. Thanks to Zappos and their wonderful company that allows for exchanges and returns. I tried numerous pairs. Ending up with the old standby Katy from Aarvon. Comfort, fit and a great look always win out. Thanks Aarvon and Zappos you share the best of the shoe world with these sandals. I'm sure Zappos will be glad I finally picked a pair.

these shoes are very comfortable out of the box. The footbed comes out easily for people who want to use their own orthotics. I found the narrow width to be true to size and wih.dt

These sandals feel like bedroom slippers with great arch support. I bought them in blue last year for travel, and was on my feet 12-15 hours a day in complete comfort. I have trouble finding shoes that don't squash my little toe or slip off my narrow heels, but since these shoes are completely adjustable that was no problem. And, unlike some other sandals, the leather does not stretch out. I just purchased another pair in black.

These shoes are pretty perfect. I'm a 11.5-12N, and got these in a 12N. I thought I might have to send back for the 11N, but the 12 fits perfectly. They give me stability when walking, which I need due to an Achilles tendon rupture a few years back. They're not too "grandma" looking, as many comfort shoes can be. The fully adjustable straps are great for my narrow feet, but I don't need to adjust them much because the narrow is actually narrow! The sole is soft and cushy. The blue is subtle and goes with just about all of my clothes and jeans.

Extremely comfortable the first time I put them on...no break in period at all. Love the adjustability!

Aravon makes an excellent shoe. Though they are a bit pricey, it is well worth it. I have problem feet and when I find a pair of shoes that are this well made, look good and feel good, I am more than happy to pay for them. I have had these shoes for a few years and practically live in them all summer. I can walk for a good distance without any pain despite hammertoes, bunions and xxw feet.

These are so comfortable. It's so great to be able to adjust all 3 straps.

I have ordered this shoe before and loved it. This shoe seemed larger than the others of this brand and style that I have ordered. I am going to order a size smaller.

I love these sandals--was able to wear them for hours right out of the box. This NEVER happens with me but they are adjustable in three ways and so I can make one shoe larger across the calcaneus which I broke and tighter on the other foot which has neuroma and hammer toes. I can wear them with a dress or pants and walk forever.....hooray for Avavon and Zappos for carrying them.

These sandals are great. Because of the Velcro, they accommodate my wide feet and bunions.

I liked the look of these sandals but they were not comfortable for me so I returned them.

My feet swell. These shoes look great and felt great except the top strap was not long enough. Maybe they could include an extension that could be added to the strap. Everything else was great.

These were purchased for my 86 year old sister who has very wide feet and problems with swelling in her legs and feet. She says these are the most comfortable shoes she has owned. She loves them!

Wonderful sandals!! Comfortable and stylish. Three-way adjustable for customized fit. I have large bunion on one foot so finding comfortable sandals is not easy. These are perfect. I normally wear 8-1/2, but these don't come in half sizes. I ordered an 8 wide. The fit couldn't be better. Very happy with my purchase. I'm thinking of buying in different colors.
