Love these shoes, not cheap but they seem very well made and will last a long time. Worn for a couple of days so far and received compliments. Surprisingly they seem just a tad tight, while totally ok I should have tried the next half size up. (12)

Basic tennis shoes, great for on the go. Very comfortable and the exterior is super soft! I love the grip on the sole which allows me to use them for light hiking.

I love that vans has come out with products that work for activities outside of skating so I don't have to shop around as much. I've tried Columbia and Altra for hiking shoes and they never fit right or the quality doesn't last. I bought these for summer hiking after loving the high top versions. Usually I can wear them right out of the box and go on a 5 mile hike with no problems. I take them to muddy & slippery waterfall areas and the shoes stay dry and have great traction. These ones have a great fit so far and I love the style. Not too bulky but not too feminine either. I am excited to see what they can do.

I hope they make more colors of the MTE-1's! They are so durable. I am hoping to buy more!!

I bought this as a gift for my nephew for Christmas.

I've been wearing vans for a while, unfortunately as I get older their classic shoes feel uncomfortable, so I bought these and I really like them, plus they make a good winter shoe

These have been great so far! They are warm and functional without being "boots" which can be tiring on your feet. They are casual enough to wear day-to-day but capable enough to wear for an outdoor activity.

Original Ultrarange maybe a little more comfortable, but these bad boys are well engineered. MTE-1 looks like they are going to hold up for many, many miles to come!

Made the best decision and bought these shoes for a 10 day Europe trip. They didn't need to be broken in, my feet were the only ones that stayed dry after a whole day walking in the rain, and they were comfortable and held up on the streets as well as hiking in mud. 50 miles of walking later and my feet never hurt.

I love these shoes. I work in a factory doing metal finishing, and these shoes are perfect for that environment. My feet stay dry, and I don't slide around on wet surfaces. These shoes are also super comfortable to walk around on a concrete floor 10 hours a day. They are also my go-to shoe for mellow hikes and longboarding. I would say they are pretty true to size. If anything, you might go up half a size from Vans OG styles. I'll definitely be getting another pair when these wear out.

I bought these for a 3 week trip to Japan. Best decision ever! It's like I'm walking on clouds. Great for hiking and kept my feet completely dry on the days when it was pouring rain. Definitely recommend for traveling.
