Color is not actually what is shown, it is much lighter. Appears Cole Haan has changed the tint and not updated the photo. Not a fan.

I'm disappointed with this product. I'm a long time Cole Haan customer and have two pairs of the Tucker Venetian purchase 3+ years ago. The quality of the new pair was no where close to my originals. The leather quality is poor - stiff and plastic looking. The comfort is poor as well - not soft and pliable like the original.

Nice shoes, for the first year at least. After that, not so much. I have the liberty of wearing whatever I want at work, so I only wear these shoes in the colder months when I wear pants instead of shorts. I wore these for one cold season; about 7 months where I live. Just broke them out a couple months ago for this cold season and noticed a few things. The wear on the rubber sole of the shoe, specifically on the forefoot or ball of the foot, is significant. Now the shoes have close to no tread on the front of them. That's gonna suck once the snow and ice arrive. The insole has also lost a lot of its cushioning in the first 7 months. I'm either going to have to buy new shoes or new insoles at this point. Keep in mind I work in a city environment where I have to walk a lot, around 3 miles a day. For the money though, I expected a lot more. While they are stylish and comfortable at first, I'm not impressed in the long term, definitely wouldn't buy them again or recommend them.

The stitching on these black shoes is brown, and that makes the shoes look like they are actually a dark brown color rather than black. That is a problem when trying to coordinate the shoes with black pants.

This is one of the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever worn.

BEWARE!!!! I bought these shoes for my husband in October 2023 and 6 months later they started falling apart. He really liked them and is super disappointed!

No good Not comfortable

Way undersize. I chose to return instead of guess.

Quality was poor, glue spewing out of seams. Crevice-like gaps between layers.

I need to return them. I couldn’t even get my foot in them they are so narrow and stiff.

Apparently, the quality of this shoe (for my husband), has taken a nosedive. He still has has last pair and there’s NO comparison! The leather, if it is leather, is stiff, fits too tight and uncomfortable overall. Cleaned up the old ones and wearing them instead.

Cheap knock-off of original Cole Hahn model - and NOT as depicted on website. Leather uppers look more like vinyl. Disappointing. Going back.

Could feel every knob in the sole on the bottom of my foot. Very uncomfortabe.

The fit of the show was good. But it had this production flaw on the inside of the right shoe in the front fright side. The protective fabric seemed to have separated revealing the stitches that rubbed my foot with a hard substance. Made the shoe un-wearable.

Arch and sole felt strange and supported the wrong areas of the foot. These are plantar fasciitis inducing. Shoe was also much more casual appearing in person than they appeared in the pictures. I can't wear this to work!

These shoes should come with a label "Comfortable shoes for a great grandfather", because they are so comfortable, but boring and very basic. Do they look good! Heck no. And leather start cracking after 4-5 time wear (only in office and walked on carpet, less that 2000 steps). I will never recommend this shoe to anyone, No wonder why do they were on sale.

These shoes destroyed my heel! They push strongly against my heel and caused lots of discomfort and blistering. Returned.

I'm actually really disappointed about this purchase. There are three different types of leather on this shoe that varies from the look of the picture online. The top of the shoe almost looks like alligator skin and the sides have smooth black leather. I've been purchasing these shoes for years and this is the worst looking one that I've ever received. Usually all of the different leathers match. I'm very disappointed.

Elastic ripped, and stitching tore. Color rubbed off very prematurely. Not a quality shoe for the price. Not at all.

Not as comfortable as the original ones that I had bought 7 years ago. The back of the heal is very uncomfortable. I am hoping they will break in. I can only wear them for an hour or two at a shot. Very disappointed - guess that is why Nike is trying to dump Cole Haan.

These are horrible awful shoes. I still suffer from heel pain as a result of these shoes. After very few wearings, the heel support breaks down and causes plantar fasciitis.
