These shoes are the best fitting shoes I ever owned. On a trip to San Fransisco I picked up a pair, walked up and down the hills all day felt great. I have gone through three pair since purchased from Zappos as could not find local.

I picked these out for my husband...first on the Cole Haan site where they sell for more than at Zappos. Ordered from Zappos Friday. They arrived Monday (warp speed, thank you Zappos!). When I got home they were already on my husband's feet. That in itself was amazing since he usually waits forever to try on new things. He had them on all evening until he finally traded them for his Uggs slippers. They look great & fit great and are reportedly very comfortable. The tan is a good color, less orangey-red than the photos on this site. My own observation is the flat profile looks best with straight leg jeans. Nice modern look. Couldn't have been an easier purchase.

Excellent quality leather and fit true to size right out of the box. I have a slightly wide foot and the wide size had room to spare...someone with a really wide foot should be able to order true to their foot size. The style is casual, but I do believe it would look nice dressed up too - purchased the DK Brown Roast and will certainly consider the Black if it comes back in stock in my size.

This is my second pair of these shoes. I absolutely love them. They represent what comfort looks and feels like. Cole Haan and Zappos combine for a blue ribbon here.

This is a really comfortable shoe. Its's very informal, you can't really dress it up, but for a casual shoe it's super. It's my favorite shoe for any type of serious walking. It's very hard for me to find a comfortable shoe because I'm in between a size 12 and 13. These are better than sneakers as a walking shoe for both performance and comfort.

Husband loves these. This is his second set, he buys the black and brown ones. This is his second set. They have lasted for 3+ years, he wears them every day. Look great with jeans too. He swears by the air sole. He gets half size bigger and fits his wide foot.

I have poor arches and poor feet in general (bunion on right foot) and these shoes are the only ones I can wear without any sort of orthotic and wear comfortably. I took away a star on the style since I wish it had a more square toe 1.) because I like the look better and I think it is more "in" and 2.) so that it had a little more room in the toe box (see comment on bunion). Other than that, this is the only pair of shoes I have ever purchased again because I liked them so much. I had the tan ones but wanted to go darker. I have worn these shoes just about every day for the last year and half and they have held up so well, I don't even need to get rid of them yet. Love these shoes.

My husband loves these shoes. They fit perfect and he loves the color. We will be ordering a 2nd pair in a different color.

From jeans to business casual these shoes are the bomb! My feet run wide, in between "D" and "EE", (what happened to "DD" and "E"?) so I have a hard time finding shoes that fit (to narrow or to wide) -- these are perfect. Cole Haan is a great fit for me and these are very comfortable from the moment I tried them on. The rubber sole is perfect for walking the wet streets of San Francisco during my walks to/from BART. I love how easy it is to do business with Zappos - this was the third style that I tried - returns are a snap.

I own two pairs of these (French Roast and Tan) and they've lasted me 2 years. They are extremely comfortable and great looking. The Tan seems to have aged a little better but the French Roast are still hanging in there. Highly recommended and well worth the money.

They start a little snug but then after a few wears stretch out nicely to a comfortable fit. What I like most is that they look great and are comfortable to be walking around in all day.

I read the reviews about these shoes and I would have o agree with them. They are very comfortable and soft. I just wished that they would of priced matched conpetitors.

These are a great business casual shoe and about the most comfortable I have owned. I have problems with bunion on one foot and these shoes are about the only ones that don't aggravate that condition. I wear these everyday to the office and most Sundays and they have held up exceptionally well for the last year and I am planning on getting the same shoe in a different color as well. Very good support of the heel while driving and most importantly, there was no break-in period required. I have tried on other Cole Haan models that felt like there was going to be an extensive break-in period but these were comfortable right out of the box.

Hands down, the most comfortable and versatile shoes you will ever own. Have a pair in all three colors and other than when I wear a suit, I wear these all the time. Last a long time, clean up well, look great and comfortable. That about says it all.

Bought these shoes originally at a dept store. They are so comfortable that I pretty much wear them everyday. Perfect for wearing with jeans to get a little more business casual.

My 4th pair...the prior black ones aged out understandably. I have cognac and brown pairs as well. Tried others, but never found the comfort w/ a modicum of style match to these, I've worn orthotics since '96 to preclude another bout w/ plantar fasciitis and they fit in w/o crowding my feet. I wear a 12 medium or C width in most shoes, but these stretch out just a bit to fit me best where a 13 is too big in length and width in most shoes I try. I didn't comment on arch support because of my all times use of orthotics.

These are the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn, and I've gotten compliments on the style.
