This shoe is super cute. Problem is once you remove the insole and place an orthotic, it becomes very tight. The top portion of the shoe where the tie is, cut my circulation. If it is worn without and orthotic and you have a normal size feett with no issues, this shoe is rather cute. Like a slipper, but a shoe! I wish I didn't have to wear and orthotic, this shoe would be perfect. I wear 7.5 WW Unfortunately, wearing an orthotic is not a plus with this shoe. At least for me...So normal feett, no issues, no orthotic and 7.5 WW would be perfect for most women. Thank you Zappos! it did not work for me.

These are very comfortable shoes and the ability to tighten or loosen is a good feature. However the shoe has quality issues.
The locking device on the band to tighten or loosen the shoe does not hold so you have to continue to tighten it after it loosens. The second quality issue is that the blue shiny look peels off if you knock the shoe on something and you end up with white marks where the color is gone.

I wear a narrow and purchased narrow. This shoe was wide, slips on my heel. Also, You need to use your own insole as this one has no support. Shoe is cute, not really comfortable for long wear.

Purchased these and another style during your New Years 20.20 sale. Both ordered in the same size. This pair is way too large. Wore them out today and they really fit like clowns shoes. Had trouble walking without clicking the toes together. Disappointing. I have worn SAS shoes for 3 decades and many different styles. Have always bought the same size and they have always fit perfectly until now.

I like the style of the shoe but it does not fit well. The shoe fits okay across the toe and arch area, but is too large towards the heel area which makes the shoe fall off while walking.

I took a chance buying these online and I lost. I have forever worn 9.5 WW SAS shoes, but these are far too large. Because I bought them on sale, they cannot be exchanged for a smaller size, as I recall. They also look a little different than pictured. Live and learn.
