On me this shoe runs a half size large. After my first pair I ordered 2 more in different colors. It's perfect for a lot of standing or walking.

This is the most comfortable shoe right out of the box. I usually wear a 9N and that size fit very well wearing a lightweight sock.

I have extra-wide feet with moderate bunions and a high instep that won't let my feet slip into some shoes. But . . . these fit beautifully and don't irritate my bunions at all! So, so happy to have found these shoes! They also, to my mind, look a lot cuter than most of the clunky SAS styles. I was so pleased that I went to my local SAS store to try to find more colors in this style, but it didn't take long to determine that the denim and canvas ones they had there didn't fit nearly so well as this pair. Bottom line? If you have feet with similar problems to mine, snap these up!

I can't believe I'm going to say this, but these are too wide. I'm genuinely shocked. I have wide feet and never seem to find shoes that are wide enough, but these were too wide. It felt like putting on a pair of super comfy slippers. For comfort, that's great. For staying on my feet without shuffling, not so great.

Had to order a half size down, perfect!

These are very comfortable, although not the best-looking shoe in my closet. They're kind of a hybrid between a slipper and a sneaker. I think they're overpriced for what they are, but SAS makes good stuff. I did have to trim — very carefully — little pieces of plastic out of the heel of the shoe. Kind of weird ...

This shoe fits, and looks a bit, like a bedroom slipper. That is NOT a complaint! I love the gold leather, although I am worried about it getting soiled with wear, even though I waterproofed it. Note that at the ball of the foot, this shoe is about 1/2" wider across the sole than the other SAS shoes that I have recently ordered. I wish that the fit was completely consistent, especially within the same brand!

I'm not giving up on this shoe. Today's order will be the third try to get the size right. The shoe is huge--far longer than the brands I have been wearing. The shoe itself is great--high quality material, beautifully made and very comfortable. I have never worn SAS shoes before so I'm not familiar with their sizing. Bless you, Zappos, for putting up with all this back and forth with my orders. This shoe is exactly what I am looking for I hope this third order will be the charm!

Ordered a 10M for my slightly wide foot and this fit very well. A little heel slippage with thin socks, but normal weight socks/bare foot it was fine. The vamp and adjustable "knob" don't dig on my instep, the leather is quite soft and covered (and didn't irritate) my big toe bone spurs (sorry...TMI! But good for those with spurs/bunions to know!) Soles are a bit slippery, but will rough them up in no time. The insole is slightly padded - not talking cushioning like Sketchers, but not bad - and it's removable if you want to use your own - especially if you need more arch support (this has none). Overall very comfortable which is most important to me. Looks-wise, not the most stylish but fine for pants and with black tights.

This shoe runs HUGE.....I'm typically an 8 or occasionally 7 1/2W with some brands. This shoe is comparable to a size 9 or 10, it's that large. I double checked the actual shoes to make sure they were actually a 7 1/2W which they are. Definitely returning.
