Soft leather, well made but tongue could bet a tiny bit longer

The shoes are very comfortable.

My mom said she has never had shoes that fit like a glove... these do. She loves them.

I have worn SASS FREETIMES for years.I wanted something a little more casual so I tried the lace ups. I really like the look, but the toe box is just too shallow. I will stick with the Freetimes, I could not function without them.

I frequently wear these shoes with jeans. I had to order one-half size larger. Toe box could be slightly larger. Overall well made.

Usually a big fan of long-lasting SAS shoes, I must return this pair, as they are sadly not a good design for my bunion. In the lacing area, there is line of stitching that circumvents the entire area, and what feels like an additional layer of leather, resulting in a feeling of pressure, and the stitching line hits right where my bunion would need softness and the ability to stretch a bit. There is no give where I need it. The pictures do not give this impression, must try them on to know this. Plus, know that this is a very matt, textured leather. Finally, like another reviewer, I had to order a half size up from my usual for proper length.
