Earlier reviewer was correct..this shoe is cut super narrow. My foot isn't that wide but it was still too tight. Had to send them back for a refund. Shoe is style cute though

So. I read the other 4 reviews and I thought I should get my true size which is a 9. I got the 9, tried the right boot on first. It felt ok. Then I tried on my left boot. That one was really snugg. I dont know if its how this pair was made. But I'm very sad because I'm afraid to get a bigger size and then itll be too loose. On top of that its going to take 3 weeks to mail it back... I hope this helps someone. This shoe doesnt look water proof which kind of dont make any sense because it is a timberland boot, thats expensive.

I received these for Christmas but unfortunately the fit was too tight. I wear wms sz11 and with a sock on it felt like a sz10...VERY UNCOMFORTABLE :( I still think they're very stylish & eye-catching and would recommend but I'd also recommend to size up :/

I am in the process of returning these boots as the boot is too narrow for my feet. Otherwise, this boot is stylish and wish they would've fit!

I wore them for almost a month and just realized that the fur is different on my 2 boots...

Great boots, but my feet get wet after 10-20 min being in snow . They are not waterproof.

I wore these boots 2 or 3 times max. I have 2 pairs of them. My black pair shrunk to the point I can't wear them and they were stored with all my other shoes. Timberland won't replace them!!

I like the boots, they're really cute. However, not 2 weeks into owning them (wearing them about 5 times) one of the laces started to fray. I was frustrated because for the price, I wouldn't think that would happen (especially so soon)! I reached out to customer service and they told me to buy laces from another website, which I ended up doing. Turns out they were too short and the website doesn't take returns (so I'm out $25 on those). This season I noticed these boots were back, so I reached out to customer service again where they told me they would send me a replacement when it was safe for people to go back to the office. I'm frustrated that 1) I haven't gotten an update from them 2) that there was no way to send me replacement laces, especially with offices learning to function very well during COVID. These have sat unworn in my closet for a year and this winter because of this lack of communication and quality of product.

I have about 5 pair of timberland at home, I used to like this brand. I ordered this for a Christmas gift for my mom, and when she open the gift, she loved it. Later we found out that the shoes were worn by order people then shipped to us, it even had creases on it!!! so we called Timberland, and Timberland willing to ship another pair to us. When the second pair arrived, it were been WORN by other people too!!!!!!!!! All I want is to get what I bought. I ordered online for BRAND NEW shoes!! And what I got over and over are the shoes that been worn to other, or perhaps those are what other people returned shoes. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

These run small toe area very narrow also.

I was excited about this boot but as soon as I opened the box, I noticed that the fur on each boot does not match. One is plush and soft, and the other is short and coarse. I am definitely returning. Huge bummer.

Arrived with many creases on boots . Poor packaging .

I chose these boots over the regular six inch because I wanted something that looked a little less like a work boot. I loved the grey stripe at the bottom and the metal accents on the laces. However, the second I put the boots on they began to crease. I have been wearing them for 20 minutes and they look as if I've had them for years. I'm extremely disappointed, especially because they are so expensive and I've heard so many good things about this brand.
