They are comfortable and soft. I love them

everything is nice with this boot, just the size, I needed a half size bigger.

I love the design of this boot but I couldn't even get it on with an already size-up one. I'm 8 so I do 9 on boots but I couldn't even get it on. So maybe 2 sizes up? Or maybe is not my type. I definitely have a wide foot but usually, with a size up I'm fine. My opinion: Not recommended if you have a WIDE foot.

I feel this product is accurately priced and affordable, unfortunately, would need to accommodate taller women with larger size.

Had to return. They look nice but at least one size smaller plus it's narrow at the front and kinda flat so your toes are very uncomfortable and squeezed. Also fur looks fake even though it's not.

If you going to buy this boots I will suggest go up a size

I just returned these today. I think they are very stylish and cute. I was so excited about getting these and when they finally arrived I couldn't get my foot in one and the other was extremely tight. Not sure if ordering a size up would help the width. I may just try a different style or just a wide width shoe

I love the style however the size is not true to fit. Haven't worn them much due to this. I would recommend the boot but get 1 size above your normal size and if you are size 10 and go to size 11 like me there is no size above that. Disappointed because I love them

When I bought these boots I went off of the color in the picture. When I received them they were more a lot more burgundy then I was expecting. Other than that they are nice boots.

I read they were true to size I chose a half size up and they are still tight on my feet .... I was wanting to just go up to another half size but they don't have anything past what I purchased . Disappointed. Love the boot so much . Just considering suffering and just wear them because I love them so much .

Color of actually boot and picture are very different. Thought they sent the wrong boot. Shouldn't have been that big of a difference.

Do not treat your boots with any kind of spray the the people may recommend it will change the colour of your boots and you WILL be terribly disappointed Other wise I would have given 5 stars ... so sad boots where to be lightest grey

I really wanted these boots to work but I sized up a half size like others had suggested but they were still snug across ball of boot and too big in the toe. I had to return them and didn't reorder them because I felt they would be even tighter ,

I'm a bit disappointed in the way it looks in person. It's slouchy around the ankle so doesn't look as fashionable as I expected. Plus it runs big and it's not that warm and cozy inside. I wish the shearling on the top was inside as well. I guess I expected thAt so disappointed.

Got the boot in 3 days, beautiful boot but unfortunately didn't fit. It was a Christmas present but will be reordering in a bigger size

Very beautiful boots. Too narrow for g/f feet. Return policy is ridiculous tho

There are too narrow and is not opcin to order it wide.

Nice boots but not the color grey I was expecting as shown in the image online. Much darker. Ended up returning boots for this reason.

The color is more darker then what it appears.

I loved the style, height if the heel and the rich color( even though it was much darker than anticipated). I was disappointed in the quality. The boots where already crinkled in the toe and they looked distressed. The description did not indicate distressed look. I returned them but would purchase them again if they came in wheat

Boots are looking perfect! And they are very comfortable, but very narrow. Too bad. I would like if they have made them in wide.
