Slightly bigger than I’d like, afraid they will stretch even more after constant use.

Nice slipper shoe but not good for walking as it is a bit large..unisex should have told me it might be. Lovely slipper shoe otherwise.

Returned - i needed more support for plantar fasciitis

Runs a little big but didn’t think I could wear smaller size. I just add a pair of thin socks and they are fine.

I purchased a pair of Taos Woolderness 2 slippers, but returned them because the fleece lining made them too warm for my liking. Those were a size 42 and fit perfectly. I normally wear a size 10, but reviews said to order up. So I bought these Convertawool slippers in a 42 as well. Without the fleece lining these were too big - well the left foot was really too big and the right was somewhat too big. I'm trying a different brand the next time. Overall, I thought both slippers would be great for anyone in the north half of the nation, but not so much for Alabama or maybe it's just me.

I had to try several different pairs of wool Taos slippers before I found one that fit well. I wear a 9.5 in their tennis shoes, but ultimately had to get a size 11-11.5 in the convertawool slippers to get some that were long enough. They are very comfortable, however, and I'm glad to have the arch support and non-slip soles.

The wool was slightly itchy (and I've bought high quality wool slippers before), but overall the fit and function was good and the material would have probably softened with time. I purchased these based on a recommendation to relieve plantar fasciitis but am returning because the arch support was too high for my feet.

Tried 8 which is my normal size. Just too bulky, clunky, and no arch support.

These would probably be comfortable for the average person, they fit nicely, but I have super high arches and a small metatarsal tear in one foot so I needed more forefoot cushioning or support and there was little or no metatarsal bump to keep my foot aligned so I felt immediate pain when I walked around. Just arch support isn't enough for me. Also the arch support pushed me out onto the outside of my foot and made my supponation worse. It would probably be better for those with lower arches who need to prevent pronation. I need a more neutral shoe I guess. Finding one for the house is quite a challenge. I returned these.

I really wanted these to work but unfortunately, I have finicky feet. One foot has metatarsaligia, and I have very high arches which contributed to that. These shoes fit well, and felt cozy, however I immediately felt pain and lack of support in the metatarsial forefoot area and also felt that the high arch without a proper heel cup, threw my foot off to suppinate, -- roll outward towards the ankles too much, which can cause issues as I wanted to wear these at home where I work most of the time. I could potentially try another insole with them but then I wouldn't have the benefit of the cozy wool insole so I'm going to try another brand and return these.

They fit my foot but didn't feel secure. I'm returning them.

I wanted to like these, but have a narrow foot, so my feet were sloshing around. Sent them back.

I wanted to love these, but unfortunately I did not, but only because I wear a narrow size, and my feet flopped around inside these.

It felt a little too short and the half size larger was too big. I thought about keeping it in hopes that it would stretch since it is wool. Other than being just a little short it felt great on my feet, nice arch support.

Bought 2 pairs of Taos slippers to see which I liked, these were the losers. Felt a little short in length, and overall just not as comfortable.

I like this slipper but I don’t love it. The footbed pills and that’s not comfortable and I don’t like it. I would not recommend and will not buy another pair.

Loved the material—just significantly wider and larger than anticipated

I knew when the size was 8-8 1/2 there might be a problem. Most of the other reviews were pretty encouraging. I have fibromyalgia and can’t have clothes or shoes fit tightly. These did. Although you have a year to return them you can’t wear them. I guess you pray the size morphs into a different size during this time. I know the 9-9 1/2 would be too big so unfortunately I have to return. The shoes were beautiful and if I was not 68 with feet issues I would probably have kept them. They were tight with the arch supports and of course not supported w/o them. I will keep searching until I find the right shoe.

I really wanted to like these shoes--but I have a narrow foot and they just felt to wide for me. I am in between a 35 and 36 and neither fit right. They are very cute and well made. Personally, what would really annoy me is the back of the shoe. It is made to be worn up or down--but I find it bothersome to have to manually lift and fit the back up each time I put the shoe on. I would not wear the back down and I did not like the feel of the extra shoe fabric on my heel.

Loved the look, the pretty autumnal/wintery green color, the evident quality of these Taos slippers. Very unfortunately, the arch supports were not in the right place for my feet, and these slippers were just not all that comfortable--and arch support and comfort are priorities for me. Alas, I am returning them.

They look great. But had to return because too wide. True to size 7-7.5 and couldn't wear smaller, but just too wide even for my fairly wide feet. I love all my other Taos wool clogs and sandals, but these are wider than any of those.

Great shoes but fit is too loose. Back did not feel secure and made them unsafe for me given my poor gait/balance.

One of my toes hit the end of the shoe. I wear an 8 ½ and bought the 8-8 ½ size. I'm afraid the 9 would be too big. I need slippers that won't "slip" when I go up or down stairs.

It ran two sizes too big. The footbed was great! The upper didn’t have enough support.
