I love these shoes!! So comfortable to wear around the house or to run out on a quick errand. Perfect arch support.

Love these slippers. Very comfortable and warm. Sole is strong enough to support foot, but soft enough to be a comfortable slipper. Good arch support. Love how the heel folds down and you can just slide into them also.

These shoe/ house slippers are so comfortable right out f the box. I have had Taos wool shoes for many years now and so glad they came back. I ordered the red embroidered shoes for every day and wanted a more flexible sole shoe for indoors for the winter. These were the perfect choice. I ordered my regular size and they fit well with thinner wool sock. I wear orthotic soles for comfort and support and these are no exception. Would recommend highly.

Fit well. Haven’t tried with socks yet. Too cute!

Love these slippers! They are wool, so they stretch a bit with wearing. But fit perfectly with socks. Size 8.

LOVE these shoes!! Was looking for something casual to pop on with a pair of jeans in the cooler months... and I am so pleased with this shoe! As i've gotten older, my feet have gotten flatter/wider and I have trouble finding comfy shoes. Taos is my new fave brand, as the fit of the 11-11.5 is perfect for me. Super comfy and mostly stylish!! I wish the cheetah-style would have been available in my size, but am happy with the grey. Have gotten many compliments. Didn't even realize they were "convertible" from mule to actual shoe... added bonus :)

They're good all 'round. I forget they're on my feet. They breathe so feet don't sweat. They conform to my wide, high instep feet. What more could I want?

Loved this slipper. I am surprised it was this big. I am a true 6.

These were given as a gift. Recipient loved them and said they were very comfortable and super warm. Also hold onto the feet well to prevent tripping.

Decided I don't want a fleece insole. Other than that, great.

I ordered 7-7.5 in this style in the green. Shoe look just as advertised and seemed well-made. I am a 7.5, a bit wide, and need arch support. These shoes were too large, at least a full size. I had about 3/4 of an inch of room at my toes and a bit more than an inch from my heel to the heel of the shoe . I had on a thin sock and could not keep them on my feet. Super bummed because I was looking forward to arch support shoes to wear around the house.

I bought these 11 months ago and, apparently, have loved them a little too hard. The wool uppers are falling apart. Although I’ve worn them a lot, I would have hoped they would hold up a little better than they have.

Very cute shoe and comfortable. I usually am a 7.5 to 8 and definitely needed a 7 to 7.5 in this. Runs a tad big. Plenty of toe splay room. I really liked these until they seemed to stretch out?! They started to become sloppy and wouldn't stay tight against my foot. Became worse the more I wore them. I never wore them with the back heel folded down like you could, so that isn't why they were sloppy feeling. I always wore them as the shoe version. Super bummed and going to contact ZAPPOS to see even if I wore these if I can return them because I can't keep them on my feet enough to wear them. BOO!!

Tried them on and haven’t taken them off since! The fit is perfect, in large part, thanks to the heel back! The comfort and support is terrific! They look ok and r a little warm, but not very warm. Glad for the gray with pink. A competitor has only the ugliest colors available with backs.

I like the look of this shoe but it just wasn't right for my high instep. I normally wear a 9 and wouldn't be able to wear a sock with this shoe.

Runs a tad small. I am a measured US Women's size 11.5, and while the Taos 11-11.5/EU 42 was definitely too small, the size 12-12.5/EU 43 was only a tad small (my toes just touch the ends). Otherwise, I think I could've loved these!

I am returning these, the arch support was nice, but the shoes was very flexible and i need more support. also they had a very masculine fibe. the heels were so loose and the instep too tight so overall a funny fit. love the zappos return policy as im on my 3 pair of slippers looking for a unicorn slipper for troubled feet

Would be really great slippers but the toe box is very low. This is not usually an issue for me in most shoes/slippers. Nice support

Unlike other reviews, I feel as though this fits true to size. I'm returning them because the arch support is too high for my foot. Oh well, I'll try again.

I ordered these in my usual size 8 and they were huge! I returned them for a 7, and they were still slipping off of my heel. These are wonderful shoes, but the way the toe box is shaped at such a sharp taper, it doesn’t accommodate my foot shape.. if one has a slightly wider foot and toes that decrease in size down to the pinky, then this shoe would probably be perfect. My 2nd and 3rd toes are slightly longer than my big toe, and when I ordered a size Down, my toes were hitting the front of the shoe, while my heel still slipped out as I walked. I can’t talk about the arch support, b/c this style just didn’t fit me. Sadly, I sent the second pair back as well and am trying a different shoe brand.

I originally ordered these in my usual size 8, but when I got them, they were huge. I ordered another pair a size smaller only to be disappointed that they were still too big, but if Idownsized more, then my heel might not slip anymore, but my toes would be crunches. Just not a good fit for my foot’s shape.

At this price for a slipper, this shoe should do more. Perhaps the problem starts with them being a whole size too big. Or maybe if a person wore thick socks with them, they would fit right. Because as it is, they are slipping around with every step I take. There is some decent arch support (for a slipper), and they could be worn to run out for the mail. I was also hoping for something with a bit of warmth, but I think it would be necessary to wear socks to make that happen. And from an attractiveness standpoint (not necessary but always a plus!), these just don't cut it.

Had high expectations for these shoes and was very disappointed. Wanted a warm house slipper with good support. These shoes were too loose all over. The arch support was decent, but I might need a smaller size. And while a shoe doesn't have to be attractive when it is supposed to be functional, it certainly doesn't hurt anything! Especially at this price. Shoes are going back.

I wanted to like these so much - it's impossible to find moccasin type slippers with arch support. I know they are marketed as convertibles, but you have to pull up the back each time if you want to not wear them as slides. Also, for some reason the heel kept slipping off, and that was on my foot that's slightly larger
