First of all as a retired Infantryman of over 21 years in the Army, I have always prioritized footwear as an area that I would never compromise in. As an Infantryman, your feet are your life in the military. Now that I am retired my feet no longer take quite the beating they used to but I am left with the repercussions of my chosen career, bad knees, plantar fasciitis, hip pain, etc. I wouldn't change a darned thing regarding that because I truly loved what I did. While researching ways to reduce these aches and pains, I came across Xeroshoes and started looking into the whole barefoot movement. I usually average between 12,000-15,000 steps a day. So, I figured, I usually spend more than $100 on shoes anyway so why not give them a try. It also didn't hurt that I like to support local businesses and it just so happens that this company is about 2 hours from me. I ordered my Daylite Hiker Fusions a couple weeks ago to wear at work (4-10 hour work days) and got them in the mail a couple days later. I pulled them out of the box and inspected them to see if I would like them. Upon first look, I thought, wow, these are nice and appear to be well made. Then I put them on and started walking around the house in them, I realized that I had made the right decision. My grandson just so happened to be visiting and wanted to go for a walk (about a half mile, he is only a toddler). So, we went for a walk. I noticed that these shoes felt different than others I have purchased in the past. I have tried minimalist shoes previously and enjoyed wearing them once my feet and legs got used to the difference in posture and flexibility of the feet that you don't get in a conventional running shoe. So far, I feel like this was a sound decision and will update as time goes on and the shoes wear in. I am both excited and eager to become a loyal and dedicated customer based on the use of my new shoes. I would highly recommend any of the Xeroshoe line to anyone interested in quality shoes at an affordable price!!!
Respectfully,
Tom H.

These shoes are very light yet they are rigid enough to hold their shape perfectly. Lots of room in the toe box. Oddly enough I use these as work boots, it’s kind of upsetting that it took my entire adult life for something like this to become available, it’s so good to have just enough rubber and fabric to encase your foot. In my opinion most hiking shoes or work boots are way too heavy and have way too much sole and cushion and endless stitching and overlapping of different pieces of fabric. I consider myself to be a minimalist and these boots really check the boxes of being a minimal shoe/boot. The style is great, they are super durable.

Man, I love these shoes. I am a Postal Worker, and on the days when it is rainy/muddy, I wear these... Excellent tread pattern keeps me from slipping and sliding in the muddy yards. I love them!

I work in landscaping so I am on my feet all day. I wanted a zero drop work shoe and these are perfect for me. They are comfortable and it’s nice to know they support my natural movement. My foot is no longer crammed up all day. Highly recommend.

Love these lightweight, zero drop boots! Super comfy, and happy to have the body benefits of a "natural movement" shoe.

These are my new favorite shoes for all occasions. Muted all black looks good with any outfit from work to casual to the gym and they feel like wearing something you would play basketball in. The height is right to still look good with shorts but add some rock / ankle support without being too much of a high top. Time will tell how well they hold up but A+ for looks and design thoughtfulness.

I just Love them. I really need another pair that fit the same in a tennis shoe style but am afraid they won't fit as well as these. I had to buy a men's size 8.

The boots are comfortable. I just wore them for a whole day wedding a lavender field. They fit perfectly and move easily.

I really enjoy the look and feel of my Daylite Himer Fusions. I use them everyday 6-8hrs for work. Not sure they were intended for that but I love them. The only thing I will point out, I develop a squeaky/popping sound on my left shoe on the heel. Any idea? Other than that love them.

Thanks, these are the most comfortable shoes I own, my toes have room to spread. I believe the stress in our feet travels up the legs, foot mobility helps me be relaxed and have good posture. The fabric is notiablt tougher than previous models.

I took these on a hiking vacation to Taos New Mexico. They performed beautifully in snow and icy trail at 11,000 feet. Also performed well scrambling up rocks. Very comfortable and good support

These shoes are great! Thanks to Steven and Lena for their business (and their team as well of course). The design on these is great. It's just like God designed our feet to work: flexible, with space to move your toes, no heel, their light and low to the ground. I highly recommend! Been using them every day at work and I'm on concrete floors alot. I can tell the difference too. The flat heel does not cause my back to ache like my previous shoes did. And the space for my toes and the flexibility is just great. They are easier on my knees as well. So yes, from an orthopedic perspective these are very healthy shoes! Thanks again to the team that made these great shoes!

I have 4 pairs of Xero shoes: 1 Prio, 1 Speed Force, 1 Daylight Hiker, & 1 Daylight Hiker Fusion. I love all four, especially the Speed Force, which is the most comfortable shoe I've ever worn for walking around :) The others are all also quite comfortable, & I haven't worn any other kind of shoes since last November when I first got my Daylight Hikers. I can't see why I'd ever want to wear anything else, either. Thank you, Xero Shoes!

Great- Sole feels flexible and more protective than the Terraflex, which is amazing. Love the redesign to the lugs. The overall quality is much improved and all the stitching and welds are top notch.
Not so Great- The upper material is stiffer which while that promotes durability it makes the whole shoe feel a little stiff and definitely adds some break in period to it. The insole had to be removed to the top of the material would stop pressing into the top of my toes when I would bend that foot.
Bad- The upper material is basically a sponge. Morning dew soaks into it and then it takes forever to dry. If they want to make a non-waterproof shoe the dry times must be very quick.
Overall I am satisfied with the look and the feel. The actual trail performance is still questionable. I will give the Mesa Trails a look next.

Quality is terrible. Had the shoes for two months and the sole is coming off the shoe. DO NOT BUY! BAD QUALITY!

These shoes might work if you have completely flat foot without an arch. I got them for my kid. He said the soles are too hard and poking his feet. The rise of the arch was too flat, so uncomfortable for him. The toe box is humongous. So if you have a skinny foot with flat arch and a lot more toes than people come with, these might work for you. There's no place for inserts to support your feet. No, you can't hike in the mountainous area in these, you will feel every rock.

Shoes do not need arches it messes with your arches and posture. Just look up Advanced Biostructure Correction and ask Jesse.
I do like how flat you guys make them. Great Work !

I need a wide toe box shoe but these are a lot wider in the toe than expected. In spite of ordering a smaller size than usual I still had to exchange for an even smaller size. Still beats having my toes squashed.

My son (9 years old, size 8 men’s shoe) says these are the only shoes he wants to wear. These are very comfortable for him. Other brands are too tight in the toe box area.
