Couldnt believe how much these hurt my feet - most uncomfortable shoes Ive ever worn. Bummed because I was looking for comfortable flat sandals. Would not recommend!

No support, very flat leather feels like plastic.

I absolutely love these sandals. They are the perfect summer sandal and I was about to buy them in every color. Unfortunately I had barely broken them in when the sole at the heel started to peel off. They are beautiful shoes, but cost far too much to be falling apart so quickly.

I had no idea that Nisolo had such a short return policy, and that they charge for restocking even if I did have the time to do so. I was out of town for a while when my order arrived back at home and had little time to break them in and test them around the house. The last time I wore these for a short outing, they absolutely destroyed my feet to the point of limping, and I have no idea what to do with them now. It was a lot of money for something that I thought would be a worthwhile investment (spoiler alert: I don't make a lot and also rarely treat myself), and I will not be shopping ever Nisolo again due to these policies (as well as warning others not to do so, either).

I wear a 6.5-7 in all of my shoes! I ordered a 7 to be safe, too small. I exchanged for a 7.5, still too small. I guess these just weren't meant for my feet. Such a bummer! They are so cute!

So disappointed with the fit. Extremely tight even with 1/2 size up. Certainly not worth paying shipping with every return. Thank you, next.

I am so very disappointed. I ordered my size, which is what you said to do and they are too small. What am I suppose to do? I cannot wear them and they were not cheap.

I bought a size 8 which fit perfectly but stretched out in several months to the point where they slip off my feet. So I purchased a 7.5 but I can't even get my foot in it!

Sad to say that these are easily the most uncomfortable pairs of shoes I own. Ive tried hard to break them with no luck. I was so excited for these shoes but the thought of trying to wear them gives me anxiety. They dig into every part of my foot and dont seem to fit right. I am ALWAYS a size 7 and this size 7 just doesnt cut it. Im not sure if they are too tight or what, they just hurt to the point where barefoot on a street is a much better option.

I purchased these super cute shoes. So excited to get them only to open the box and think they must've sent me the incorrect size. Nope. They sent me the size I ordered but they are a whole size too small! Now I'm too late to exchange rhem. Too bad. Was really looking forward to these cute shoes.

I'm so so disappointed with these. I tried to break them in gently over a few weeks and they constantly cut my ankles with the super firm back. Nisolo Support wasn't super helpful and just told me to keep working on breaking them in, though I now basically can't wear any shoes after wearing these without limping around because my ankles are bloody. Fail.

I ordered a 6 as I normally wear a 6 and the huaraches previously said to size down, but I was too scared to. They were snug at first but kept wearing in hopes they would stretch out. When I emailed customer service to ask what to do, they told me to take them to a shoe repair place to have them stretched. Took them in, paid $10, they can only stretch the width. Have tried wearing them again, but only make it a little while as they are not stretching as previously stated and they become too painful. So cute if they fit, but definitely don't feel they are worth the money at this point and they now just sit, unused. Such a bummer.

I bought these shoes last fall and have worn them multiple times to try to break them in. I wore them around my apartment to make them stretch and soften up. I'm afraid of wearing them out again because they'll get too uncomfortable and what's point of having to bring a back-up pair of shoes. A few times I had to bend the heel portion back and make them like slide sandals because they were digging into my heel. I bought the size that the website recommended to me. I really want to love them- the look and color are beautiful, but unfortunately, I haven't worn them for months because of these issues. I forgot I had them because they've been sitting at the back of my closet and I found them when I was moving. :(

How much did the shoemaker make to craft this sandal? My Mexican grandmother sold Huarqches like these in Olvera Street in LA for years for less than 20 bucks. How much profit is this effete site making from the poor craftsman, anyway?

Difficult to find the correct size to fit the standard foot. Very disappointing.

I've had them less than one month and they broke

Ive worn these sandals twice and they are extremely uncomfortable to walk in. The leather cuts into the big and small toe to the point of drawing blood. Would not recommend purchasing these.

Very tight and small. Returned. They were sold out so could not exchange. Would not buy from them again.

High back dug into my heel, and the shoe was too short for it's size. I returned these. They're beautiful-- just wish they fit.

I waited and waited for these sandals to finally be restocked because I wanted them so badly. I enjoyed Nisolo's message and ethics as a company. I've been trying to shop more responsibly and I thought these shoes would be perfect in many ways. I usually only purchase shoes with support, I never wear flip flops or cheap shoes because I have very high arches. They look very attractive on the website and got such amazing reviews. I will say they seem well made, but I cannot get passed that they do not have as much support as they are advertised to have and unfortunately, I find them extremely uncomfortable. I ordered my true-to-size fit, and they are still slightly tight and very uncomfortable to wear. The soles offer minimal support. I have worn them a few times because I wanted to give them a chance since I liked the look so much. They are still terribly uncomfortable but now I cannot return them. Unfortunately I don't think I would order from Nisolo again.

So I typically don't write reviews but my experience at Nisolo has been so terrible. The description says true to size. I received my size 6 and it fits like a 4.5. I reached out to CS and they said there was no return offered on this. Even though it was their fault I needed a return in the first place. False advertising about the Fit. Then they IG'd an ad and I commented about my experience and they said the team emailed me with no response. When yet again that is false. Long story short shoes are not comfortable. Fit is way off. Don't order.

I followed your size guide when ordering. When the shoes arrived they were visibly too small, which trying them on confirmed. Not even close. I returned and reordered a new size, and again, they arrived too small. It was such a hassle, and I ended up giving them to my roommate. It's a shame, because I really wanted them. How about making things true to size?

I was disappointed with the customer service I received in regards to the sizing of this shoe. I followed the guidelines about sizing, and the shoe ended up being unwearable. In contacting customer service, I was surprised to find Nisolo to be unaccommodating in comparison to similar brands with similar products and price points.

Didn't fit based on recommendation to order half size down, but return not accepted.
