Love these! They took a little time to conform to my feet but now theyre so comfortable and I wear them all the time! Would definitely recommend these!

I'm giving 4 stars because, I wished I'd sized up just a half size. I ordered my normal size 6, and yes I read they would be snug. However it's been more than 3-4 wears and they still have a way to go. Hopefully they will eventually break in and I can wear them comfortably. Other than that the quality and design is beautiful!!

I prefer to review shoes a bit later, after wearing them for several months and seeing how they fit into my lifestyle, but after about a month I've worn these sandals a number of times. They've gotten more comfortable with every wear, though the first three times were painful: first blisters at the back and pinky toes, then pressure from the woven straps on the top of the shoe ... now, though, I'm very comfortable in them (and am wearing them now actually) and anticipate them getting even softer. One improvement I could see is extending the upper lining all the way down to the toes, rather than halfway. Otherwise, though, a great shoe.

I was so excited to get these in the mail. I am a true 7.5 so I was sure they were going to fit but they were too narrow and too short. I went up to the 8 and they are perfect! Thank goodness summers in Texas don't really end until November so I've been wearing them everyday. To be honest, the breaking-in process has been pretty painful (that's why they get 4 stars) but they are so cute!

These are beautiful shoes! They are very well made. However, the sizing is tough. I bought up a size and measured, but I'm still working to stretch these shoes out. They hurt to break in unfortunately.

As expected. Im still breaking them in as the top of the shoes are still rubbing/hurting my feet. I think a few more weeks and Ill be good. Very soft and well made. Happy with the purchase!

I loved the color and craftsmanship but they were just too narrow (or my feet were too wide.). Maybe they would have stretched over time? Had to return them and that process was very efficient.

I think my shoes are beautiful. However Ive only worn them in my house once for a short time, because of the fit near my ankle. The portion of leather that is right below my ankle, actually comes up a bit too high and hits my ankle bone. I guess I could carve out a little of the leather to avoid it hitting my anklebone but I just havent done it yet.

First of all, I love the mission behind this company. I love that their products are ethically fashioned and that they are saving trees/forests in Peru. Im currently transitioning to a more ethically curated wardrobe and Nisolo is helping me achieve that with their gorgeous sandals. Second, I did have some slight difficulty finding the right size the first time ordering. I am typically a 7.5, but had to go up to an 8. The customer service was fabulous and the exchange service went smoothly. The huaraches will take several wears to break in. Mine are just now getting comfortable. Im not crazy about the way the sandals dig into the back of my ankles, but Ill just purchase some heel gripper things to help with that. Suffice to say, I will be back to purchase more from Nisolo at some point!

I haven't had them all that long, but I have worn them several times. They are super cute and comfortable for the most, although they do rub uncomfortably on the toes of one of my feet. I am hoping this gets better as I wear them more and the leather softens up more.

Love the shoes, and ultimately kept them, but when they arrived the right shoe was so small I could barely get my foot in, but the left shoe fit perfectly. I just wore the right shoe around the house with a thick sock, and it stretched out pretty quickly.

Its taken me a while to break these in but now theyre finally starting to feel comfy, totally worth the pain the first few times wearing them. I get so many compliments and theyre definitely my go to shoes now. I live in San Diego so Ill probably be wearing them through our winter months too. :)

I am always on the market for a cool huarache, the style, design, and material did not disappoint. They definitely require breaking in, and after several wears and super painful feet, I am still going through the process. Because of the leather quality, I do believe that I will make it to the other side and will have them for years and years to come!

I love the style and quality of these shoes. They truly go with everything in my summer wardrobe. My only critique is that they've taken me a lot longer to break in than my other Nisolos. I do think they're finally softening up, but it's been a little rough blister-wise. That hasn't stopped me from wearing them, though, because they are beautiful!

The fit was very tight at first but I kept it because I thought the leather would loosen. Strange enough I didnt get any blisters as I was breaking them in. The leather did loosen and the shoes are pretty comfortable now. The front covers more of my foot than I expected. Its more of a loafer profile than flat/slipper.

A pretty and useful shoe. A bit uncomfortable on the inside because of the weaving bumps. I will try to line that part until they soften up.

Little bit pricy but comfy and so far seems to be good quality.
